The atmosphere was welcoming and elegant! Great for a family and a little grown up time. Waking up with the view was my favorite part! The staff was kind and helpful!

we stayed three nights and was perfectly located for our plans. a short minute walk into Texas live and globe life park was convenient. the pool was awesome and service was phenomenal, Helen, Austin and Roxanne were a few who exceptionally took care of us. the inside bar was relaxing and Mrs.Jay treated us very well! we can’t wait to go back! I highly recommend to stay and you will not regret.

there was a slight hiccup with the elevators but was fixed immediately. staff made sure to allow guest to ride in service elevators in the meantime.

We were given a complementary room upgrade with great views of AT & T stadium. Nice outdoor venues at Rangers stadium. Very comfortable bed, linens. Beautifully decorated, clean, modern. Had great drinks & apps at the bar and were able to enjoy sports on the large screen TVs. Prompt valet service. Definitely would stay here again!!

Pay parking or valet, but necessary in this area. I don’t care for the pay mini bars where you can accidentally bump items & get charged. It’s in the way on that counter.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is gorgeous, nice views, walkable grounds. Cut n Bourbon was excellent!! Try the carrot cake, it will not disappoint!! The bed was comfortable and the halls were quiet in the evening and early morning. I look forward to returning.

I prefer rain shower heads but not a biggie. The crosswalk from the parking garage is a little scary as there is still construction going on. Be very careful crossing the street if you choose not to valet. Once the walkover bridge is complete that will make a world of difference.

The staff was wonderful. Even though they were experiencing computer issues, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodated our early check-in request. The room was nice with floor to ceiling windows and a wonderful view of AT&T Stadium.

We all know everything is expensive these days. In this case, it is worth it. A wonderful experience to help make our weekend memorable and thoroughly enjoyable. I would rather pay more for excellent service and amenities than save money and have a inferior experience.

Beautiful hotel and so convenient to the Rangers and Cowboys games. Staff was great . No issues. I would stay here again.

I really like the property , Thirty six bucks for Luke warm beer was on the very high side. Pluses was the atmosphere , you are literally outside of Globe Life field and can sit in a pool and watch a 300 in screen with the games on , and if the rangers aren’t playing there will be some game on. I probably wouldn’t complain if the beer was cold.

Location of the hotel was excellent! We could walk to the ball games and loved Texas Live being right there as well with many options. The room was very clean and comfortable. Restaurant/bar/pool/staff within the hotel were all excellent! Would definitely stay here again.

Could have had another mirror within the room outside of the bathroom for getting ready. Also could have hangers for hanging towels in the bathroom. But not major concerns and didn't negatively impact our stay.

My girlfriend and I stayed at your hotel the evening of August to attend the Rangers game versus Seattle. First time for the both of us to stay at the hotel. We were very impressed with the location and the room.

The one bad experience that we did have was the morning at check out. My girlfriend and I were having a moment in the AM, when housekeeping decided to come in our room at 830am. Was a little surprised that nobody knocked, but just started opening the door right in the middle off a private moment. Told them to leave and they did right away. Obviously not ideal for this to happen and why would someone come do a room check so early?
