BEST breakfast of any property where I have stayed during COVID....great room...didn't hear a sound all night...spotlessly clean...

After long day at Big Ben National Park booked this property due to the indoor pool and especially the hot tub....was disappointed that the hot tub was closed for repairs and since the hot tub was closed they also closed the pool???

The room was clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job each day. The breakfast area was well stocked with a variety of offerings each day along with the standard cereal, bagels, etc. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Could hear everything through room door including yapping dog staying across the hall. Breakfast buffet was being shut down 45 minutes before breakfast supposedly over so no biscuits, potatoes or oatmeal and eggs cold, though a kind staff member did make me my own bowl of oatmeal.

If you've stayed at other Hampton Inns, then you know what you're getting. Comfortable and clean accommodations for a reasonable price. The room was a good size, and the bed was quite comfortable. Large bathroom with everything you need. Staff was courteous and helpful. They are doing a remarkable job in these time of covid-19. Room was cleaned and sealed prior to our arrival. Reconfigured their breakfast to still be able to provide hot options, while reducing potential contamination.

Nothing of note. If this hotel were closer to Big Bend National Park, we might've stayed the entire week.

No matter what city we’re in, we can always count in Hampton Inn facilities to be cleaned, comfortable, affordable to the area, friendly staff, and having delicious breakfasts! Would recommend repeatedly!

Nothing about the hotel! I wish the city had as much to offer as the hotel did! Ha

Excellent. Lupa was a fantastic chef and very friendly and caring. She made sure we were taken care of . The food was delicious and definitely exceeded our expectations.

Room was comfortable and clean, very spacious. Breakfast was excellent (full buffet). Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Hot breakfast with plenty of food choices. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Quiet location. We appreciated our stay here.

I checked out before breakfast but was able to grab a bag of goodies before hitting the road. I really enjoyed the covered parking for my motorcycle. The room was clean and good, however was a bit too much for just me.

Location was perfect and near the mountains. Breakfast was warm and delicious. Bed and room was very comfortable.

One thing I wish that could've been better is that the parking area is a little tight for me and my pickup truck.
