Americas Best Value Inn - Brownsville

The room was great! Fresh clean, like we just stepped in it and totally smelled nice. Beds where really comfortable and I love that they have those shades that barely let any light in.

Cleaning ladies knocked on our door both mornings. I just wonder, if it's all registered, why not go straight to the rooms where ppl have already checked out? Or maybe just give us customers a DO NO DISTURB sign. But it was a big buzzkill to be chilling on our room or sleeping in and have to get up and tell them NO THANK YOU

Comfortable, clean and beautiful room, I stayed 2 nights and so far my stay was good, I saw a lot of negative reviews but from my own experience I didn't have any issue whatsoever, front desk lady was nice and when i came back to the room the next day in the afternoon the room was clean, new towels etc. Which I didn't asked for it and also didn't mind either

The TV wasn't working properly, but other than that the room it self was clean and quiet

The breakfast was good and all the staff and people from the hotels were excellent thank you

Everything was excellent excellent there was nothing wrong next time I go back I'll be right there again thank you for your hospitality

Hotel's location was perfect. Short distance to everything we did. Very clean, quiet. Comfy beds. Slept like a rock.

Covid restrictions closed the pool,the lobby. Night window only. I love people and restrictions make EVERYTHING impersonal. My few interactions with staff were friendly

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. They came to the room everyday to clean and change out towels. The pool was clean as well

The room was very comfortable, I loved how I was able to sleep in perfectly because there was no light coming in through the window.

The staff wasn't very nice. They weren't rude. But they were not nice. The pool was closed.

The room was clean and very tidy. The restrooms were nice. The bed is most important to me and it was very comfortable. I slept like a baby.

The parking lot is kind of strange the way it was built. Its not the hotels fault. It is just a bit complicated if you get placed in the far end.
