The room was so clean and its so spacious. The front desk and housekeepers were exceptionalthank you ladies for making my stay stress free.

Ongoing renovation that affect the breakfast area also the menu was abit on the downside.I will advice the management to look at changing the carpets in the hallway it will give the hotel a bounce.

customer service was great

stragglers were questionable. the person that prepared the breakfast put cold food out and it would have been better to have more fruit varieties otherwise it was a great stay.

I loved the size of the room and the cleanliness of everything. The elevator was clean and didn't smell which also made a difference. The customer service from the front desk was excellent! Also, the location to everything was awesome!

Super nice check-in. Accommodating. Convenient.

Bed was not very comfortable - too hard. It would have been nice to have one of the stands you put your suitcase on instead of having to use the ironing board. We chose to go to IHOP rather than do the limited breakfast.

Great location and beds were comfortable. Room set up was great.

Peeling wallpaper, pool area is in need of some maintenance(hot tub was gross it’s summer if it’s not being used cover it at least)so much potential is being lost in that area. No towels provided for the pool.

My husband and I really love this place! Aside from the room being so spacious and comfortable, the location is perfect for everything we had to do.

There was nothing negative

It was ok,but once you stay at An Air bnb,like 352 in the medical center,2 large T.vs,super nice Kitchen,no more Hotels for me....

Doesn't compare to 352 on booking .com.

The room was nice and clean , very comfortable. Keep in mind , the rooms are inside so you have to go in and out of the lobby to get outside.

The pool was a little nasty in the spa/jacuzzi area. The employees were sitting and eating in the lobby, and when we walked in they sat and stared at us before getting up to walk to the desk. We were paying cash and she said that i would have to pay an extra 150 dollar deposit to pay cash. SO we had to drive to find a bank and put money in and when we got back the lady was rude and calling housekeepers to hurry and clean rooms because they were moving too slow!

I liked the location and the host who checked me in. She was a Supervisor, and I believe Spanish. She had the most pleasant spirit.

I didn’t notice until check out that our window was cracked open about an inch and there was a bug inside. Thank God that’s all it was.

Breakfast was fine they had a variety of food .

The only thing that I didn't like was that the workout room was not open .
