good place to stay with family

in the room we stayed there AC was running continuously, and the controls switch wasn’t working at all , we called to front desk and they replied that if you want turn off the AC just unplug, when we try to find the plug , we couldn’t find. we were so tired after a long day so we just used blankets to cover ourselves and sleep . but it was a coldest night for us .

It was in a prime location, with very clean, and super friendly staff. I enjoyed the temperature of our room, the respect for our "Do Not Disturb" sign, and that our checkout time was at 12 pm. Would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

I would have enjoyed the option of a free continental breakfast. Having the restaurant there in the facility was definitely a bonus, but it would have helped if there was something there to eat that did not require a purchase.

Very clean room including the bathroom, comfy bed, good a/c. Mostly quiet except for 1 incident.

The breakfast set up was confusing. Apparently some people get a breakfast voucher when checking in and some don't but it would have been nice for that to be explained at check-in. Some guests let their kids run down the hall screaming at 3:30 am, which is not the hotel's fault but did put a damper on our experience.

Great location. We have stayed here before on our way to Galveston to cruise.

The cost of the room is high. If you pay $159/night for a room you should expect that they’d provide breakfast like so many hotels offer. They charge $10 per person. We will look at other options next year.

communication about services offered, we were never told about breakfast and it costing, even when we asked if it was included, we were told it was, but it was not. Also, it would of been a great idea to let your guest know of what was offered at the property

Did not like or appreciate housekeeping unlocking our door at 8:30 and coming into our room and asking if we were leaving that day. I think management needs to step in here and let the housekeepers know which rooms to clean after the guest had left

The breakfast was wonderful, but I paid in advance and had some resistance getting tickets for the breakfast. It was a little uncomfortable in front of other customers, Would have preferred to receive tickets at the time of check-in to avoid any problems.

Would be nice also if there was a discount offered for people receiving treatments from local hospital having to travel in from out of town.

The breakfast was amazing! Nice variety, fruit was fresh. Location is great! Heb is close by along with places to eat. Room was cozy and clean.

the AC thermostat was not working properly. the only way to have the room cool the thermostat had to be at 72. we wanted at 77 when we set at 77 the heater would turn on. the room was freezing at night when we were sleeping

The facility clean and modern.

One the staff members at the registration desk on late Friday night was not very nice. I asked her question about the cost of the breakfast and some the snacks. She was not friendly at all.
