the receptions was very good the staff / housekeeping were helpful and fast and friendly the location of the hotel was amazing there are markets, restaurants, pharmacy , hospital (same building) and all facilities around the hotels

we book 2 rooms (2 adults / 2 kids) and we upload all information in the booking.com 1- My family was not happy because the pictures and photos reflect that rooms are big enough for this number of persons (2 adults / 2 kids) . The pictures /photos mimik you that each room (for 2 adults / 2 kids) is has saying place separate from the bed area 2- Even that we booked for (2 adults / 2 kids) in each room, in system of the hotel was treating us as (2 adults / 1 kid) in everything (especially for the bathroom stuff- towels, oral hygiene ... etc.

This hotel is quite nice and high quality standard. The hotel is quite nice from a room quality and comfort point of view.

However I would like to point out a few negative things. First the personnel is not at the same level depending on who you talk too....it seems there are many juniors who needs help from managers when you're asking something, this need to be improved. Second, the hotel is not close to Dubai center, you should plan 30 to 45mn by taxi to go there, not easy. Last the SPA bathroom are not very clean, we discovered a lot of used shamppoo bottles in the showers....this is not at ACCOR standards !

The rooms were amazing and we got a free upgrade so that they couldaccomodate us as weneeded connecting rooms.

Stayed in room 405 over 7 nights at this hotel. Customer service is exceptional. Hospitality exceptional. The manager of the hotel Fadi asked if their were any suggestions to make for a better stay. This suggests that this hotel from the Manager down is not frightned but welcome constructive criticism. No! There is not suggestions to make my stay better. It was GREAT. Special mention goes to Personal Trainer Samir. Wealth of knowledge and very relatable. Yaaub on the front desk was very considerate and allowed for my family to check in early. Nauman the car attendant very helpful indeed. Sean from the restaurant was very helpful. Thanks Pullman SHARJAH, we had a great time.

The hotel itself is very clean, big and beautiful. The outdoor swimming pool is not so big but very good with wonderful view. The gym is not big too but very good. Both swimming pool and gym were empty every time I came there. The staff is very professional and friendly, customer oriented. Every person strive to resolve any request promptly. The transfer to the Al Khan beach is provided at 10:00 and back to the hotel at 13:00. There are a lot of supermarkets and not expensive restaurants around the hotel. We used to have a dinner and suffer at the Syrian restaurant in front of the hotel across the via Al Taawun - Khubz & Meleh Restaurant - the food there is very delicious and affordable, the staff is the best one.

The indoor swimming pool was closed for maintenance. So I had no chance to use it unfortunately.

Please be careful if you book this one for your layover. We went from Airport to the hotel in 15 mins on Sunday. But the Monday morning traffic from Sharjah is crazy. Jesus, it was like a 45-55 minutes trip to get to the airport, given that it's like 15km away. So beware, we almost missed our flight due to morning traffic. Not the hotel's fault obviously, but important to know.

The breakfast was excellent. I am lactose intolerant, but they provided many options for me. Also, they have ethnic choices which allowed me to try foods that I would not normally encounter. Nearby is a walking path along the water which was convenient for exercise and also a scenic view of the city.

To get to the main attractions of Dubai, the taxi ride from this location was longer than more central locations (but you might still be using a taxi).

We had the most amazing time at this hotel recently. The kind greeting we received upon check-in and the flawless service we received the entire time we were there far exceeded our expectations. A highlight of the breakfast buffet was the amazing selection of dishes that catered to the needs of both adults and children. All in all, this hotel perfectly combined outstanding service with family-friendly amenities, making our stay genuinely amazing.
