Park Hyatt Mendoza Hotel, Casino & Spa

Location is great - right in the centre of town but rooms are still quiet. Gym is well equipped and the pool is in a sun trap so you can still use it on the windier days. The service from the staff is brilliant - they helped us with everything from booking taxis to laundry etc.

The property is aging and it shows: tired carpets with tears/holes, yellowing plug sockets that won't hold plugs correctly, our shower door wasn't attached properly. Other than that, some minor impracticalities like the clothes cupboards being in the bathroom, but overall still a good hotel.

The Hyatt Mendoza epitomises supreme comfort, luxury and service in the most central location overlooking Mendoza’s town square. We had the feeling we were in the best hotel in the city. The reception staff were very helpful and spoke English fluently, but allowed me to practice my fledgling Spanish with them! We had our most restful stay of our entire tour of Argentina at this hotel - with its luxurious beds in seriously comfortable rooms. We felt completely at home while bathing in luxury.

The service and the range of amenity was exceptional. Pool, bar, 2 restaurants, casino, spa, gym, fantastic concierge and car service that organised our wine excursion for us. Excellent value for money.

The rooms were very very dated. The hotel is probably victim of its success and hasn’t been refurbished in decades, so whilst the go-to hotel in Mendoza, it is not as shiny as the pictures.

You can tell the facilities are old/have signs of wear, a bit overpriced for Argentinian standards )but tourist exchange helps), gym too small for such big hotel

The hotel.staff was amazing. Service oriented, friendly and participatory. The foods were wonderful and the atmosphere restful and friendly.

Pool was cut in half in favor of more loungers. It was a great pool for swimming, now it's too small and crowded. Also, their steakhouse was only open one day a week

Great stay... amazing location and service. Close to main places and restaurants.

The payment terms not seem to be appropriate. The hotel reserve an amount 50% higher of the room rate for eventual expenses and cant use the same hold for the total payment. That's the standard procedure, but if you ask again, they'll find a way to use it.

The hotel is excellent. classic and modern with a hospitable, professional, helpful and very attentive staff with all guests. My compliments to the management and the entire team.

the breakfast buffed used to be better in the past , quality has been going down .also the SPA are not as used to be in term of cleaning and service.
