the location is great, right near the Night Market, the pool is very nice and you can always find free sunbeds. the staff is helpfull and always smiling.

we had a Deluxe bedroom with city view, but unfortunately the view from the second floor balcony was with a generator, not What you expect to see when you book a 5 star hotel for your Honeymoon. also the shower was broken and there was a very small amount of cheap shampoo and shower gel, wasn t clearly enough for 2 people. the elevator and the hallways were dirty, giving me the feeling of an old 3star hostel. overall 5 stars is too much for this stay, sorry

The property is in a beautiful situation on the banks of the perfume river with beautifully kept gardens and a stunning swimming pool. our rooms were clean and tastefully designed. the breakfasts were great and had a good selection. There is a little walk into the main town but we didn’t mind this as there was plenty to see on the way. we booked the cooking classes which, though a bit pricey, I would recommend. my kids loved going to the market to get the food and loved learning how to cook fresh spring rolls and Banh Xeo. Every member of staff we met could not have been more helpful.

These are more bug bears than complaints which I hope management would take into consideration should they read this. The swim up bar is great, however the very loud techno music constantly blaring is totally out of touch with the clientele. it does nothing for the stamp here they have worked so hard to create with the view and beautiful pool. something more chilled would be much appreciated. also there is a gorgeous bamboo building on the river which is left empty much of the time, with no purpose. it would be great if this was an evening bar as it has one of the best views in Hoi An and it’s a shame to waste it.

I have to give a mention to one of the hotel receptionists, Kim chi, she was so incredibly helpful to myself and my son, my husband got covid and had to stay in Hanoi but we continued with our 5 day mini holiday in Hoi an. Kim chi helped us with so many things, taxi's, places to go, recommendations which all proved to be excellent. Also the hotel assistant manager who was amazing when we were caught in the flooding in Hoi an, he came out on a motorbike when our taxi couldn't get us back to the hotel, and took me (a 66 year old lady first time on a bike) on his bike back to the hotel and then went back to help my son. He was brilliant and we really appreciated what everyone did to help us that evening and the next day when the hotel organised a boat to take us from the hotel to a safe area where a taxi could take us and our luggage back to the airport. On a practical level, the hotel was well positioned to walk into the old town and see all the amazing lantern boats and go to the lantern markets. We also used the hotel bus to An Bang beach and it was great to be able to use that facility, we had a very enjoyable day on the beach with rolling waves and cocktails. It was a shame for the flooding that followed but you see first hand how it effects this beautiful town's economy and what the people have to cope with, but we will come back next year. Nothing, very unusually everything was brilliant.

The room was very spacious and clean, we loved the style they had decorated and the bath in the middle of the room. The pool bar was brilliant lots of options, free shuttle to the beach and location couldn’t have been better, with the market being a 3 min walk and the river with the boats 5 mins away.

There were a lot of kids in the main pool and so we went to the roof top pool where we were told it was calmer not any kids but there were still kids jumping in and splashing us and spitting in the water. It would have been nice to maybe make one of the smaller pools a adult only area so that you get that contrast of being able to relax but enjoy the family environment at the other pools.

It was beautiful along the banks of a river with beautiful tropical plants. Our exceptionally spacious bedroom had a beautiful view of the river and a large balcony overlooking the swimming pool and river. The staff were really friendly, professional and helped, especially the reception staff. Breakfast was an amazing buffet with wide choices. Hotel was very clean and well kept. The sky bar with pool on top floor was fantastic with amazing views of the surrounding area. The spa treatments were great and very good value. The lights at night were beautiful. It was just a short walk into town with its river, boating and dozens of bars with music and great restaurants.

Very little. The streets in the immediate area are a little narrow but there isn’t a lot the hotel can do about that.

Fantastic location and great facilities, a big breakfast and good pool, which handy shuttles to the beach. The staff were helpful and very friendly. The room was huge and comfortable. It's very well situated with the river out back and a great cafe (Xua) around the corner, a short walk from the bustle of the Old Town and the night market.

There was only one side table and set of light controls for a two person bed which was a bit unusual. The coffee wasn't great, but with so many locations nearby it's better to go out for it anyway.

Good location, 10 minutes from the center. Good quality and varied breakfast. Huge bed. Helpful and polite staff in general.

We stayed at the Hotel for a week and the water from the pool ended up dyeing all of our swimwear green. At the end of the day, when taking a shower, the bath towels turned green because of the water in the pool. Bathroom bathtub without curtain and without shower solution. the toilet always ended up soaked. the shuttle driver (Tyn) more than once left customers waiting on the beach until the exact time to board the bus, while the bus remained empty and with the air conditioning on.

We loved our stay here. The room was huge and absolutely beautiful, with a very comfy bed and lovely view. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We used both pools and loved the view from the rooftop pool. Breakfast was delicious and there was lots of choice. The gardens were well kept and beautiful. We used the hotel bikes for free one day - very handy! Overall a 10/10 stay, we would stay again in a heartbeat. Perfect hotel with lots of facilities, and only a short walk from the old town.

Nothing! The only think I can think of is that we left our towels hung up as we didn't want them changing. The signs said to do this to save on water, but they were changed every day regardless! Not a big deal but we would like to help save energy where we can.

Beautiful hotel, great location and the staff where all so friendly and helpful

There is nothing we can fault! The breakfast was really well catered, large variety to choose from and constantly being restocked. We also had a few lunches and dinner in their restaurant and found it to be well presented and tasteful. We loved the sunset drinks by the pool bar and live music they provided. The new infinity pool was our fave hang out spot, overlooking the spectacular river from above the new premier wing, almost a 360 view of all of Hoi An. We did a cooking class offered by the resort which was one of our most favourite highlights of our stay. Our Chef Loi (the most amazing and most hospitable host you could ask for!) took us on a bike ride into the old town markets to buy fresh produce which we brought back and cooked with. We loved that he didn’t rush us, took his time navigating the streets of Hoi An showing us around and buying us treats. The kids had a ball getting in among the locals and cooking Vietnamese spring rolls and pancakes for lunch. Definitely recommended if your thinking of doing a cooking class, the backdrop of the river was truely spectacular! We stayed 12 nights and could have easily stayed more. It was a 5min walk to the old town, perfect distance if you wanted to immerse yourself in their rich culture and see all the beautiful lanterns at sunset. Lots of beautiful places to explore within a reasonable distance. Thank you to all the wonderful team of staff who greeted us with smiles every day and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Kids were very sad to leave. Can’t wait to be back!
