Best shower I've had on my trip. The staff were very friendly and eager to help. The hotel was situated close to the night markets and highlights of the old town. The aircon worked well and the bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast was substantial..😊

The room was a little smaller than I would have liked.

Smooth check-in, excellent reception upon arrival by staff Lily. She provided a clear explanation about hotel’s facilities and was very helpful in extending assistance in booking for shows, spa and airport transfers. Others pros: good value for money, excellent location, Good spa.

Rooms are a little dated but they are clean and comfortable - offers a little rustic charm. The hotel restaurant did not appear to offer much for lunch - either that or I got an impression from the staff on duty that I should order the set meal which was “easier” to prepare/serve (she hesitated when I asked about other menu items and she had reluctantly said yes).

This was our third visit to Hội An and Lantana is amongst the best in terms of everything we want in accommodation. Location wise, it is a short walk to the night markets and old town. Our room was clean and comfortable with tea coffee and bottled water provided daily. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with a variety of hot and cold options. The best part of our stay was the staff who were friendly, considerate and welcoming. They went above and beyond to look after us, organising transport and tickets to the Hội An Memory show. As we left early on our last day, they organised a breakfast pack for us each including bottled water, yoghurt, cut fruit, toast, jam and cheese.

The only downside during our stay was the noise from the guests upstairs dragging furniture around on the tiled floors, this woke us up numerous times during our stay. Lantana have signage throughout the hotel reminding guests to be considerate of others, perhaps some felt padding on chair legs could mitigate the noise.

great staff and wonderful location. well decorated and cared for, very clean. I would return. airport shuttle is a good price. short walk to the old town and very convenient location, but just far enough to not be disturbed by the groups of tourists around the town!

lift was a little bit dodgy! pool very very cold. gym needed some refurbishment. was charged for the small bottles of water in the fridge (water was provided free of charge, but I didn’t realise it did not include those in the fridge, not a big deal, but there should have been some signage)

everything. firstly I would love to thank sally the manager for her excellent hospitality. she was prompt enough to reply to my queries online. it was my birthday on 2feb and my husband requested sally for a small suprise cake. and she went beyond to make it special like by arranging a guitarist too. indeed it was special. thank you sally once again. they have good wifi. hot water in shower. we stayed in 404 which was river facing room. beautiful views again. night market is 5 mins walk from hotel. many many bars restaurants on the streets. their breakfast had options for vegetarians too. that’s thoughtful. big spacious room with impressive decor. we enjoyed our 4 night stay. would definitely recommend.

Quiet and clean, yet walking distance to ancient town and the night market. Sally was very professional in her dealings with us.

The nearest mini mart is 15 min walking distance away which seemed further when you need to buy a few last minute things late at night. The bellboy did leave my luggage unattended at the lobby despite asking him whether I should take it myself. Was waiting for a good time before giving up. Sally did apologise on his behalf but odd that he didn't.

Our 2nd time staying at Lantana. The staff are so friendly, the location is fantastic and close to everything. The room (selected balcony with river view) was great with good facilities. Shower was hot, airconditioner was cold. Breakfast is exceptional with a great selection to choose from. The restaurant was only open for breakfast this visit which was a little disappointing as their dinner menu last visit in 2019 was exceptional. Didn't make our stay any less enjoyable and we would happily stay again.

Breakfast was great, with a lot of western and Vietnamese choices. The room was cleaned every day and water provided. Great location very close to the old town but far enough away not to be noisy at night time. The bar and outside seating area is really nice and beautiful place to have an evening drink. The staff are also amazing and so helpful.

There was maintenance work happening in one of the rooms which meant sitting by the pool was quite noisy in the afternoons.

The staff were amazing, we were celebrating a birthday and they made it feel very special! The hotel’s location was amazing, easy walking distance from many restaurants and bars. The twin room was perfect for our stay, very comfortable and clean. We had breakfast included and it was lovely with a great range of food. The pool was also a great space to relax.

The gym space was fine and matched the photos but we had a little issue with getting the treadmills and air con to work.

The staff were super friendly, specifically the operation manager Sally helped us with lots of info and advice. The location was,great,short walk from old city,breakfast was very generous, pool was great,room very comfortable and clean. They made us feel as home. Highly recommended.
