Host is very friendly and helpful. The receptionist speaks good English. The location of the villa is superb, very near to the ancient village and night market. It is on a quiet street hence it is excellent for a light sleeper like me. They arranged a connecting room for us which we really appreciate.

No lift so we have to carry our luggage to the top floor. But it is not a problem for us as we often travel light. Also, we didn't ask for help in carrying our luggage so I believed they are able assist in carrying your luggage by request.

Tuyen from Riverland Villa went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay and was prompt with replies to any queries we had. She also was able to check up on us prior to our arrival at Hoi An. Our room had a balcony and the view of the river so you can see lantern boats in the distance. Very reasonable for the price. The hotel arranged our transfers to airport and Ba Na Hills and the drivers were so polite and talkative. Hoi An is lucky to have such gems such as Tuyen in the Riverland Villa. If we ever return to Hoi An we would be sure to return here again, we will inform family and friends of our pleasant visit.

Nice and careful staff. Suggestions about local area and local warnings. Availability to arrange private trip to visit local areas and suggestions to make the stay interesting and comfortable. 5 minutes walking from old town and Japanese bridge. Nice bathroom and good shower.

Laundry service was delivered with a little bit humid but it’s ok considering the tropical area. Room expected to be bigger and view expected to be more nice as in pictures.

The location is great, 3 minute walking to the river boats and night market but also very quiet to have a good rest. Staff is very kind and helps you with every single question. Excellent wifi speed and well equiped with refrigerator and air conditioner. The breakfast is very good, good portion and can choos between american breakfast (scramble or fried eggs and Omellet with bread and sausage) or Vietnamese breakfast (beef pho or some other noodle things which I don't remember the name). Great value for price

The room door has a trasnlucid glass that make light enter from the hall. So the room was not completely dark even we had all lights turned off

We loved everything! We can't fault the hotel or the staff. They went out of their way to make us comfortable, organise our trips, and advise us on things to do. The location is perfect for strolling into the historic town (literally about 3 mins). The hotel is well equipped, clean, decorated so well, beautiful room with balcony and fab bathroom, bed so comfy! Kettle, fridge, hairdryer, products, everything you could need. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing. The couple running it are so friendly and nice and always got up to greet us when they saw us. The bed was a bit too hard for my missus on the first night and they moved us to another room no problem, and also put us in touch with their daughter on what's app to help organise everything. It's very modern with new smart tvs, our new room had a big comfy bed, strong shower, and is very clean. Location is great too, just out of the busy areas by a few minutes walk, and also very close to the night market which is great Loved it here.

Nothing, was perfect

Incredible location walking distance from the ancient town and Japanese bridge! The room was spacious and clean and we really enjoyed our view over the river. The staff were so friendly and helpful and gave us so much h valuable extra Information that helped us to make better shooing choices and avoid getting scammed. We rented bikes from them and drove around to the rice paddies too!

The beds are a little too firm for my taste

The hotel and the room are so cute, very clean the owner and stuff very friendly. The location is perfect, quiet but near to the ancient town, the market, restaurants and shops. The Wifi is very good (90 mbps), the balcony with great river view and there‘s a small, clean pool on the ground floor. They also rent bicycles and motorbikes, have a laundry service and can help you wirh taxi or anything else. We highly recommend that hotel!

Nothing, everything was great!

I have only one night in Hoi An. And this place is what I need for my day in Hoi An. It's very closed to old town and quiet. The room is small size but always clean and the bed is really comfortable.

There is no lift in the building. I have to bring my luggage to my room on 4th floor by stairs. The shower in the bathroom is very closed to the toilet place and there is not any curtain. So after showering, it's completely wet everywhere.

+ lovely family who is running the hotel, very helpful with tips e.g. for local eating places + great located + easily renting bikes or scoters

- for the room itself it would be good to invest in some new furniture & do some repairs - eg the chairs outside of the balcony would need a face lift
