They have great pools, including the kids one. The family room is spacious and comfortable. The restaurants are really good. It's a great placento stay with kids.

The free Internet is terrible, you need to pay for a reliable connection. The sales representatives from the vacation club, who sell their timeshare, are very stubborn and don't take 'no' for an answer; my husband had to say 'no' more than ten times, so we could leave the office.

We liked the fact that we could see animals in it, my toddler was delighted with the pool. My elder daughter had her best time at the ice cream parlor. Staff members were all amazing to us. We had to enjoy different menus per day at the buffet…🤭 leaving with extra pounds!!!! Amazing soap in the bedroom!!!

The hotel looks new or renovated. All furniture looks new and/or contemporary. The food is decent and well-presented, they even have some gluten-free options at the buffet. We loved the food and drinks at the Sports Bar, which is open 24/7. The hotel has 3 pools, one with a small water park, one with loud music and an inside bar, and a quiet pool with background music and a snack bar in front. They are cleaning the "Sargasso" in the morning, so we could enjoy the beach. The beach has perfect sand. The room was nice and clean.

You have to pay additional costs at the Sports Bar for the games (bowling, etc). At restaurants, they are more focused on serving coffee and water and picking up the dishes, which is great, but if you are more into wine, or mimosa, you'll have to wait a bit more, though at bars the service is fast and great.

Excellent: The design of the hotel; the little lake with flamingos and the three pools. In addition an aqua park for kids and really nice mini club with attentive staff (Yorleni and Alexandra). It is the perfect hotel for families. Good: The buffet is good and also excellent the concept of booking the internal restaurants. (Very good the Mexican restaurant). Two of these 6 restaurants are to be paid but with a reasonable amount and they are really worth it. In one of these restaurants I had the big lobster ever :) The local staff was really nice and welcoming (in particular Tatiana). The hotel has all facilities and just front beach. The animation was in Spanish and English.

The first days were a bit difficult as the requests made through booking.com were not taken into account for the room. After 2 days going back and forward to the reception and thanks to booking.com intervention, we had a nicer room for the honeymoon and the management apologised. We moved on and had a great time at the hotel for two weeks. The beach is windy (perfect when it is too hot) but the waves are not good for 2-3 years old kids, you need to walk along the beach for 5-10min to have a calm seaside. We were unlucky on the second week of our stay with the seaweed season stating end of May.

Based on the feedback that was available here, I was a bit skeptical about what to expect. But at the end, the resort exceeded all my expectations. Food was great with a lot of variety. You can find multiple options for every taste at buffet. Restaurant options for dinner were also nice, although you should book way in advance. Nice sports bar. Appreciated basketball court and tennis courts. Gym was also good, but a bit tight. Nice beach. All the drinks were also quite good. Not sure why many people in comment section did not like those. You could basically get any possible cocktail in the world here. Bars were all over the resort. Large pools. Evening shows were also quite interesting and different each night. Overall, we had a very nice experience and enjoyed our stay there.

Service at restaurants was super slow and chaotic. It can easily start to piss off at some moments, but it seems to be a common trait for Dominican Republic, so expect that everywhere here.

This hotel's installations and location are worth of 10/10. The hotel has a fantastic reception and lounge area. Style is modern and elegant. Good food and very attentive staff, especially Kelvin and Juan from the animation team. The restaurants are good, specifically the Brazilian is amazing. However we realised that organisation wise they need to improve to reach the standards of a 5 star hotel. We never found any available sunbed or umbrella in 3 different pools, water park, of the beach area. Many other guests were in the same situation too. We never found beach or pool towels available even if we tried several times. This made us feel tired and not relaxed, as you can basically not use a pool or the beach area if you don't have at least an umbrella.

We noticed that the safety and disinfection measures were not kept very carefully, as most of the guests were allowed to use the communal indoor areas without masks, the tables were often not disinfected between guests, and the buffet and bars were always crowded. No social distancies kept.

My stay at this resort was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality from the staff who went out of their way to ensure that my every need was met. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful landscaping and well-maintained facilities. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. I particularly enjoyed the balcony in my room which offered breathtaking views of the ocean and the lush greenery that surrounds the resort. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The all-inclusive dining options were diverse and delicious, and I was impressed by the quality of the ingredients used in the dishes. The resort also offers several bars and lounges serving a variety of drinks, including top-shelf drinks .

The resort offers a wide range of activities to suit all tastes. From lounging by the pool or beach to playing a game of tennis or taking a dance class, there is always something to do. The entertainment team at the resort was fantastic and put on several shows and events throughout the week, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

The grounds were well kept, the room was beautiful and comfortable. Restaurants were delicious. Pools were clean and activity staff provided fun and frequent entertainment and games. Nightly dancing and/or shows were a highlight. Had a wonderful free scuba lesson in the pool with Renee…he was so sweet and he always went out of his way to chat with us the rest of the week. If you want to book an excursion, book it there at the Seapro hut on the beach. BUT BRING CASH! The DR excursions mainly operate on cash.

QR code for everything but sometimes the WiFi was hard to get so one time we had trouble viewing the menu at a particular restaurant. Timeshare people could be tough to avoid.
