the pools are great, the room is comfy except for the mini-jacuzzi that is in the middle of the way (my personal opinion). food was good, especifically breakfast and dinner. the brazilian grill was amazing.. bed was comfortable and the room is up to date. very pretty and clean areas. night shows are entertaining.

i believe if the hotel welcome kids, they should have more food and entertainment options for kids - or smaller kids. also, didn't like that the only open buffet for Lunch is a small one near the beach, the other ones are only for hotdogs and stuff like that. lacking options at lunch.. sports bar receives you on your last day telling you that food will last 1 hour aprox to come out (they serve burguers and hot dogs... did not understand that). had to leave without eating that last day because baby was sleeping and couldnt go all the way down to the beach buffet to get some food.. the beach had too much Sargassum , we couldnt get in.

The overall facility was lovely to enjoy. We really enjoyed the SPA and learned that they have a hydrotherapy included so if you have an appointment, you should get there early.

Our toilet was not working. We were told we couldn't flush the toilet paper at all. Even still, it took multiple flushes for any waste to go down. You could also see that the facility is need of an upgrade.

I really enjoyed the facilities and grounds of this resort. The rooms were very modern, spacious, and clean. There was plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. Also, the variety of bars and restaurants was awesome.

This resort is very kid-friendly, however, there are no areas that were adults only leaving us to drink at bars with many kids around us. Often times pools were not the cleanest and everything shuts down at the resort pretty early.

did not like the two tier system, was unaware of the diamond club privileges. for example, they have the ability to reserve tables at all the restaurants, and the rest feel like second class citizens have to wait for 1-2 hours as tables stayed emptied and waiting for diamond club members. would have been nice to know this upon check in

The beach, pools, and common areas are fantastic, always clean and not overcrowded. The lazy river was tons of fun with its in-pool bar. The buffet food is ok, the restaurants were really good. The staff is extremely professional and excellent, one of their best assets is definitely the staff, we got a free room upgrade to one with private pool area and it was amazing, would get the suite with the pool if I ever return.

The room had a slight funky smell when we first got in and there was no explanation at checkin, had to figure things out on my own by asking staff and other visitors. additionally I ordered to have a birthday sign put up but it never was, not a big issue though since we managed to celebrate at the restaurant.

+ All the bar team members are absolutely awesome. They're skillful, proactive, attentive and exceeded our expectations each single day. Dear management, please care about those folks, they really drive all the vibes at night. + Food is great. Service is awesome in most restaurants. The variety is just enough for two weeks stay. We were pleasantly surprised with quality. You won't find good sushi though. + Rooms and facilities are clean and new. + The hotel is well designed and has a clear separation of zones. + Staff is friendly. Did I mention that bar and restaurant staff (and also vibes team) are exceptional? + Wifi is uniform, fast and reliable, ~10mbps upload/download everywhere. + Not too crowded in January.

- Pools are a bit cold in January. - The beach is nice but if you want to have ocean activities (snorkeling, etc) you probably need an excursion. - Room service had minor problems with food delivery sometimes.

The staff was very engaging, funny, energetic and friendly, especially with the kids. The food was amazing especially in the Gourmet Marche Buffet. The property was clean and well maintained. The grounds were beautiful. The service provided to us was exceptional overall. The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable and the stand up shower was amazing with the two rain shower heads.

The room service for food was not good. The food always arrived an hour or two after ordering and was cold and not good. The separate tub in the room did not produce hot water so was not useable.
