The location is great. The room was tiny, but clean and had all necessities (except for mini fridge). Housekeeping staff is great, the bed is very comfy. There's also AC in the unit. Overall it is OK hotel, my stay there was quite comfortable.

For some reason I was overcharged and I only discovered it after I left. The receipt does not give a breakdown. I had to pay extra for early check in and I paid that part in cash, so I don't know if I paid twice for that or if there are some hidden fees that went on my card. Some of the reception staff would not help you unless you use the service of the hotel or their vendors. They did help me with one tour though (booked at the hotel), to which I'm grateful. In general it all was okay stay but sometimes I felt like I had to stay alarmed. For that reason I would not be staying there again.

Nice hotel in the middle of Miraflores. Bed was comfortable. It's clean and the breakfast buffet was nice. Close to a convenience store in case you forgot something. Some positives but there are other hotels I'd try for this price and service level.

Every interaction with the front desk staff, from check in to check out, they was very cold but not unprofessional. They clearly don't like their job. We avoided talking to them unless necessary. This is a complete opposite from the hotel we stayed at in Cusco. Other staff, like those at breakfast, seemed ok. Bathroom was nice and modern but could not control the shower temperature at all. You think you set it and then it changes from scaffolding hot to freezing cold in about 10 seconds.

Great location, the room was very clean and silent.

One of the woman from reception did not accept one of my dollar bills because the texture was strange. Instead of do the standard procedures to check if the bill was original or false, like using a machine to check it, or other procedures, she just did not accept my bill just because it was folded and “had a strange texture”. I gave her other bill, just exactly the same as the other she did not accept, and then she accepted, just because it wasn’t folded. Please train the people on reception to check properly the bills with standard procedures, and not by thinking or irrational guessings. I have nothing to complain about the other ones on reception or other attendants of the hotel, they were all great.

Staff was exceptional. I liked having security at the door at night. It was close to good restaurants. As an American I just want a clean room, hot water, a tall shower head, good water pressure, and a nice fluffy towel… all at a good price. I got all of these things. Thank you.

Ibis rooms everywhere are just so small… I knew what we were getting but I don’t love the size. I only mention it so others are aware.

The hotel is modern and has everything you could need. Rooms are not so big as usual on Ibis hotels but they are still comfortable and have everything you need like quick hot water, room temperature adjustment, good spundproofing, good WiFi and cable TV. We tried breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food is fantastic and with a good size. Everyday you could see different options during breakfast and during lunch.

There was nothing significant we disliked. Perhaps, some other hotels have a closer location to tourist areas like the Oceanside of Miraflores, but it is very easy to get by and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Metropolitano bus system is around the corner.

Everything was good! Location, breakfast, stuff, amenities. One of the best ibis we have stayed in. The restaurant had amazing local food and great options if you want to dine in.

There was someone smoking and we get the smoke through the bathroom. They should put sockets next to the bed or night stand. But those were some minor details. Place is great!

I liked that the hotel was new; the rooms have comfortable beds; and a nice decor; the staff is trying hard to attend to your needs;

The main problem with the hotel is it’s busy location - it is surrounded be heavy traffic on all sides; although they gave me a room with a view away from the streets I could still hear the traffic noise all night (despite sound proof windows); it is also stressful to deal with all the traffic once you leave the hotel; a minor problem were their clumpy pillows (I asked to have them changed but they gave me clumpy pillows again...)

close to a supermarket and a few restaurants and cafes. facilities are as expected of an ibis- clean and comfortable

the staff unfortunately gave us wrong information about buying a sim card, they told us to buy at a supermarket but that was only for locals and it cannot be set up fot foreigners. they tried to call the telephone compny and advised us to wait in our room for about 3-4 hours until they got a call back. of course we never got a follow up. we lost 1 day because of this and ended up having to go to a claro shop the next day to buy a new one. they did not even apologise for this mistake .

great location, awesome staff, perfect room. my flight reached 6am and check in was 3pm. the staff kept my bags and tried there best to get me a room earlier. they also help me book my tours and everything.

the shower really sucks. the water temperature never stays at on level. you put it on a moderate warm shower then 2 seconds later it gets ice cold then scorching hot without touching anything. it fluctuates so much in 15 seconds. really hard to take a shower. but apart from that. great stay

The location was great. The place smells very clean and is well-maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful! We only stayed a few hours and was our last stop after 9 days all over Perú so it was a welcome and restful spot to rest up for our travel day back home. The property is more than worth the money.

The water temperature regulated a few times from hot to cold during the shower. Other than that everything else was good.
