Everything of this hotel exceeded my expectations. My pillow was too soft and I requested for a harder one. They immediately gave me a harder pillow. The view from my room is awesome. I love their breakfast. The food is delicious. Awesome service, comfortable bed and pillow and delicious and hearty breakfast started my love for Comfort Hotels in Japan.

Very near Hachinohe station, comfortable bed and clean room. There is a laundry machine too at the hotel.

Breakfast was not much variety unlike my stay a few months ago a business hotel at Toyama which the rates almost similar and breakfast was more variety like salmon, natto, egg (you can boil or microwave), etc

Good location that's a quick walk to Hachinohe station. Blackout curtains were a nice touch as my room had a view of the station. Complimentary breakfast was better than I expected and had many options. Would recommend for short stays.

The room and bathroom were both on the smaller side.

The hotel is about 5 to 10 mins walk from Shin Hachinohe station. It's clean and simple and breakfast is adequate.

The entrance to toilet is a bit raised and you need to be careful going to toilet at night.

Very convenient location within walking distance of Hachinohe station, also many restaurants nearby Rooms were clean, comfortable Breakfast was excellent—lots of choices, both Japanese and Western-style foods

Just a short distance from Hachinohe Station. Easy to get around either on a bus, train or walk. The hotel provides a very healthy complimentary breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The staff was nice when I arrived. Affordable and comfortable for sure. There is a Lawson about 2 blocks away, just in case you need to go to the convince store. And Hachinoche station is walking distance. I would stay there again if I go to Hachinoche again.

The rooms were big for the location

We had 2 rooms during our stay there, 1 smelled like cigarettes despite it being a non-smoking room while the other room had the smell of something dead/rotten after the 1st day.

Staff were friendly and rooms, though small, had everything you needed that were cleaned daily. Breakfast was decent.

Location is near train station with various restaurants along the street but quiet enough.

The room size although comfortable, is smaller than other Comfort Hotels I’ve stayed before in Japan.
