The overall design and decor of hotel and the room are very zen and comfortable. We stayed at a corner room with good view with the Govt Office and a garden facing us. We love the design of the room which come with flexible partion doors for toilet and shower areas. The breakfast is of good quality with free flow of fresh seafood sashimi and fish roe, this let us feel our money is very worth! The pillows are great for our sleep too. Hotel is providing amenities like facial care and toothbrush, etc which allowed us to take from the lobby, very convenient no stress.

The room is clean, I suggest that floor mopping or cleaning for toilet and basin areas. It will be good if the airport bus could stop at the hotel.

I liked how close it was to the train station and the shopping street (and garaku soup curry haha). I can tell the room service is sincere in their work, the room is neat and clean after their help. Even though amenities were self-service in the lobby, I liked the variety of amenities offered, eg face wash, gel wash to help remove makeup. Staff are very polite and friendly even when the queue at the reception was long.

It doesn't really feel like a 4 star hotel. Amenities are not provided in the room, you have to take them from a small table beside the reception with everyone watching. Maybe it would be better if it was a small distance away? Some things I noticed in the room - the carpet runs from the door to the rest of the room, and it looks clean but I feel suspicious of it... Also, the hot water in the shower takes a while to warm up. When draining the bath, it took a while to drain away (is it blocked?). Services seem lean (room service on alternate days) and the place seems understaffed. I wouldn't mind staying here again but it's not what I expect from a 4 star hotel.

The staff was really friendly and the location was great. Very close to the trainstation and in walking distance to some of the main attraction. If you travel with small luggage, the place ist perfect.

We were quite disappointed because the room was smaller than expected. There was no place to put the contents of our suitcases so we ended up putting our clothes on the floor.

Location is great. Only a short walk from Sapporo Station and underground walkway. My room was also facing a park which is very pretty with the snow. Breakfast is very good. Friendly staff

A money change machine for the coin laundry would be nice because the machine only accept 100 yen coins. Alteration for breakfast would be nice as i stayed there for a week so the food got a little boring towards the end.

very clean and quiet, only a 3 min walk to the main train station. very centrally located. breakfast is very good and has wide variety of choices.

if I had to say something, it would be that the beds are on the firm side (expected in Japan) and the heating is set quite high by default in the wintertime. I had to use the air conditioning at night in order not to be too hot beneath the feather comforter.

Wonderful breakfast buffet! The public bath was relaxing and very clean. Location is about a 5-minute walk from JR Sapporo station, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Location is great, right in front of "Former Hokkaido Government office, near to several subway/underground shopping street entries.

Only three coin laundry machines are provided. Would be long queue during summer time.

The design of the room is very modern and we love it! The room is very comfortable to stay. The hotel's location is convenient and walkable to shopping areas. The staff are friendly too.

The window in the room could have been bigger. The room's view is blocked by another building, so not much view from room.

Hot water in bathroom worked fine. Bathroom is clean.

Carpet could be cleaned better - there were random specks of dirt / unknown item which stuck to our feet / bedroom slippers. Also, used plaster under blanket. As we had a long stay, the room was cleaned when it was not scheduled to be so.

Professional and friendly staff. Convenient location - 3min walk to main JR train station attached to numerous malls. Multiple washing machines available at designated areas.

Hotel parking is more expensive than neighbouring Times parking. Limited lots at hotel carpark. Breakfast leaves more to be desired.
