Great location, right above the Sapporo station with 3 different convenience store within the block. Close to shopping mall. The lobby had some extra amenities like bath powder which was fantastic after a cold day being out. At check in the also gave us kids amenities bag with slippers, kids tooth brush and a cute ducky sponge. Excellent breakfast selection with a mix of Japanese and Western foods. We ate the hotel breakfast 3 days straight and each day had different items (in addition to the staples). Love the soft serve ice cream machine, although it's not breakfast food but my kids aren't complaining lol. Love the free coffee machine in the lobby as well. They offer one glass of wine per person per stay but we didn't take advantage.

The bed were a bit too soft and room was very small. We booked the 3 twin bed room (for 2A 2C (4&6yo) and basically the entire room were the beds..no room to lay down our luggage. No table and chair in the room for eating. No counter space in the bathroom. I guess for the price, I can't complaint but staying for 5 days like that felt cramped and I was ready for something nicer.

The hotel is on good location. It is close to subway, attraction and shopping mall. The breakfast is so delicious.

I don't like the pillow. It is not confortable. It give me stiff neck.

Breakfast . If u go to dine 1 hour before their closing time, basically no much food option left n staff won’t refill them anymore.

Really like the coffee served from the coffee machine! There is one complimentary wine per person (was it per night?) too. The staff was helpful. We found out that our scheduled bus to another city was cancelled due to snow, and the receptionist helped us to call the bus company to find out whether all buses would be cancelled that day. We eventually took the alternative option which is the train. The receptionist did not speak good English, but tried her best to help us through Google translate.

One small thing to improve. There were many people waiting to be checked in at the "opening" of the checkin time. Everyone was sitting at the lobby and nobody was queueing. It seemed like the receptionists gave out number card to the people some 15 minutes before the checkin time, but not according to the arrival time (which i understand is difficult for the receptionist to trace).

The location was perfect for the main station, and the underground was close if you needed it. There was an offer of one free glass of wine, and self check in and out was easy, but there is always a person to help you. The bathroom with separate toilet was a great touch, and the wet rain shower was such a nice change. We really liked the lavender body lotion and could buy it for ₩1200.

The small Japanese room, but normal for this trip. The bathroom gowns are more suited for smaller people. So far I have found all the mattresses really hard and the pillows take some adjusting too, but this might be a normal thing too.

Location is exceptional. You can find it right next to Kani Honke and it links to the subway, JR Sapporo via an underground exit opp kani honke so you can avoid the snow and freezing weather. I liked the auto check in check out via machine, very effective and also the free flow flow coffee machine on level 2. We paid for breakfast for one of the days and it was really yummy, they even had soup curry and ramen! Hotel facilities were new, beds were comfy and they gave two puffy pillows per bed!

The rooms were small so beware about your big luggage. The rooms were clean enough however when we were looking for things on the floor and looked under the bed, lo and behold! It was totally not cleaned in prob ages so would recommend you to keep your stuff off the floor ;)

For Reference, I have travelled to Sapporo many times and this is the 5th different hotel I have stayed in, and my favourite so far. It's a great location close to Sapporo Central Station and only 15mins walk to the busy Suskino district. The hotel was modern, fresh and very clean. I was pleased that they have an Eco-room service, which allows you to dictate how often to change out the linen in your room. The room was of course small by European standards, but very well laid out and the shower / bath facilities were as good as I have experienced in hotels at this price point. No parking directly at hotel, but they have a deal with a local parking operator very close by for a discounted overnight rate. I have already booked the same hotel again for my next visit.

Staffs are helpful, twin room is small but enough room for 2 luggage to be opened, 2 bed do not have enough space in between to separate. Location is good as close to both JR and metro, good for day trip travel between otaru and still be close with susukino.

Room cleaning is a hit or miss, hotel have a policy of eco cleaning means if you don’t put the card to clean your room, the bedroll will not be serviced. But even when card is put up, towel for bathing room is sometime missed and no clean towel provided daily, need to ask front desk again for this basic.

The lobby / reception area was welcoming. Loved that they provided hot drinks 24/7 and a welcome wine. Rooms were big and comfortable. Toilets, bath area and sink were segregated, which was very convenient for us. Beds were very comfortable too! Location was very convenient. There is a lovely restaurant selling crabs right beside and it’s within 1 minute from Sapporo subway entrance.

We had to move the beds together so that our child wouldn’t roll off the beds. Turned out that there was quite a bit of dust / dirt under the bed. Other than that, the room was very clean when we checked in.

Love the decor and the hotel is so new and super clean. The staff were very nice. Beds were super comfy and the shower & bath room was a big hit with our 3 year old. There were nice variety of Japanese and Western food on the breakfast buffet line and all very delicious! Love that the hotel has an ice dispenser on the lobby floor (2F) and guests also get 1 free glass of wine each in the evening. There’s a 24 hour free coffee/chocolate drink machine and amenities bar at the lobby too! Location wise, the hotel is just 1 min walk to Tokyu department store and 3 mins walk to Sapporo Train and Bus Station - very very convenient! Will definitely come back here again!

If you come down late for breakfast, most of the good stuff are gone and they don’t seem to put out more food even though the breakfast finishes at 10.30…
