Breakfast and executive lounge.

This is the first time that the total price shown in the Booking app is different with i actually pay. The app show the total price is 6800 THB but I have to pay 8003 which include vat and service charge. I do not know how this happen since i used Booking app more than 5 years every time the total price and the actual pay always the same. I am not sure if this is hotel problem or app but this is bad.

Excellent location next to metro station, excellent breakfast , nice city view, good customer service from concierge and front reception. Jodd Fair Night Market is just two stations away.

Not much shopping in the immediate vicinity.

The room i booked was not available ( hotel overbooked), the receptionist tried to put me in another room and I absolutely rejected that, she called the manager and offered me an upgrade to a suite. The hotel is outdated, needs a lot of renovations especially in the rooms. Location is a bit far from city centre, you need to use 2 metro lines to get to Siam. A deposit was requested ( 1000 BHT per night ) even tho it is not mentioned in the property page.

Location is walking distance from shops, restaurants, & beach. 24/7 Security on location and staff is always awake to help. They helped my girlfriend find her lost earring. There is a person on the premises to help you book day trips to an island. We recommend the James Bond Island Early Bird experience. Pool is gorgeous and clean. Staff spoke English.

Massage at the spa was average. Breakfast options are average. Entire place is slippery when wet, so be careful! A/C shuts off when you leave the room, so we always came back to a hot room (we visited in the summer).

The customer service was excellent. Staff were very helpful, welcoming, polite and friendly. A BIG thank you to Holly and team for the complimentary room upgrade. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and had a good city view. Breakfast buffet great, different cuisine to choose from, we were spoilt for choice! A big thank you to Wee too, very helpful, courteous and always smiling, she took good care of us for everyday we came down for breakfast. Hotel location close to MRT Station (Huai Kwang) which was an added bonus in terms of commute. The massage service excellent! Overall experience...... AWESOME!!! and will definitely stay here again when next we visit Thailand .

For the suite room, the lights in the living room could be brighter.

Location was close to the BIDC that i went to. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. It rained so I did not use the pool but the area around the pool did look very spacious for relaxing.

More Thai food choices, although the Chinese food was very tasty. In the morning I had to leave at 5am and the included buffet breakfast didn't open until 6am. I thought the boxed breakfast that was delivered to my room at 4.30am was very ordinary and miserable; and not much to eat.

The hotel is huge. Rooms are spacious as well. The staff are accomodating and has good service to customers. Overall experience is okay just that there’s nothing within the hotel to go to. No restaurants nearby as well. I loved the gym. The room is well airconditioned.

The room is quite old. No toothbrush considering it is a five star hotel.

5 star experience !! The hotel is a bit dated as you can see in the fittings through the rooms and bathrooms but that doesn’t take away from the experience. Customer service is top notch and you can witness the wonderful Thai smiles everywhere. Stayed here for 4 days and everyday the experience felt warm and welcoming. My daughter loved the place and asked me to book it again. Kudos to all the staff and special mention to Nu from the Deli store and Lily from the buffet section. The location is not close to Central Rama 9 , a stone’s throw from the MRT and the famous Jodd Fairs market. Highly recommend this place.

The toilet fittings were dated and probably in need of a upgrade.

All aspects of this hotel were excellent. Morning breakfast was always a bright spot for me before going to Bumrungrad. The room was nice and quiet as requested for rest from cancer treatments.

Was never disappointed.

Checking inn went smoothly. Request for roomchange was done correctly due to noise from street. Excellent breakfast. Some issues with coffeemachines. Always impressed by the very stylish lobby. Top personel. Good beds and complete bathroom.

Had some problems with the aircon and ventilation system even when the aircon was switched off. The hotel is only for short stay because the area is not so pleasant although plenty nocturnal activity. Not too far from D.Muang airport
