Hilton Garden Inn Konya

It is a good hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was great.

The hotel didn't provide any beverages even water in the room. You had to buy them. They charged twice the amount advertised on booking.com for the breakfast.

Many times, I stayed in this hotel and it is a very good and reliable hotel , 15 minutes walk to Mevlana meuse and the old city, very close to the Culture centre and other meusums . Breakfast is perfect, and room service is excellent. Rooms are large and very comfy with very good bathrooms.

A bit far from the city restaurants and activities but you can reach with a nice walk. It was very expensive in Mevlana season in December.

Good breakfast. Good restaurant - attentive service and availability of light food & nice wine. Useful being so close to the cultural centres. Great meeting place for our small group that were staying in several hotels nearby. Quiet- though near centre

Some way of getting a massage. Garden was disappointing considering name and location.

Google maps can't properly route there because of panorama museum overlapping. No road signs. I made 5 circles around neibourhood in the pitch dark while looking for parking entrance (or any entrance). A/C was either tundra or sauna, could not target temperature properly.

The reception was ok but on the day for check out... he asked me to pay another 1000++lira. I've paid earlier on check in day.... and did showed him my credit card transaction has been charged. He seems like blurred. In about 15mins... I need to stand in front of him to make sure he checked properly. I think Hilton must make sure all the staff learn English well at least a basic one... and can communicate with us with no hassle. Luckily we have Google translate.

The location is perfect for anyone who wants to visit mevlana museum and other museums. It is walking distance to panorma museum, walking distance to Irfa (Sama dance happening there every friday and monday). Walking distance to mevlana museum. You can reach everywhere just by walking. The hotel staff were friendly Ms Sirap helped us with our checkin/check out process and made everything happen in few seconds. Restaurant at hotel had good prices.

lives up to the Hilton name with all the amenities one needs in the room. it is a good sided room and the breakfast selection was excellent. Clean, and shiny, and reasonable, this is a good place to stay in Konya with a 12 min walk down the road to Rumi’s tomb and just across the road from Maulana culture centre where the Sema takes place every Saturday night.

At check-in, the lady wasn’t very professional or polite.

Location was great good walking distance to the main attractions in Konya and access to the tram stop.

Very clean and comfortable room in a central location. The staff especially the manager on duty were very helpful, respectful and polite. The breakfast was very good and so was room service which also delivered the food very quickly which meant it was still hot. A very good stay.

It would be good if more reception staff had better English. Other than that everything was excellent.
