The staff from the beginning through to the end of our stay was very friendly, helpful and hospitable- I specifically remember Deandra being soo warm and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and our room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was a good mixture of local and continental. The food served was very tasty. The location of the hotel was just right for us as visitors who did most of the activities in the Kingston area. Very accessible and most areas are close by.

My recent visit was probably my fourth time to your property in the last two to two and half years I have been visiting. Since staying at your hotel, I have not stayed anywhere else. “unu tie mi”. The breakfast was always great. The calaloo and salt fish was my favourite. Of all the times I stayed at your property, I did not realise you had corn meal porridge on the breakfast line…until my checkout day of this recent trip. Dinner was always superb. Of every mouthwatering item in the menu, I always had the brown stewed fish with mixed vegetable and rice and peas. I think I ordered that at least three of the four nights I was there recently. I found the entire staff to be extremely polite. Housekeeping was great. The dining room team was always very quick and attentive. I remember Nikole/Nicole (I think she spells it with a “k”) and Tenisha from breakfast. They were great.

I have no idea. Oh yea, if you sell Devon House ice cream, especially grape nut, that would be the icing on the cake!

Room 227 Television board casing & the Televison edges were very dusty .. We had to personally asked for Chaniya ( whom we had known from our previous visit )to clean our room the next morning Also consistency is lacking from the breakfast serving team . Our first morning we were offered tea , water etc . However by the second morning no water was poured in our glasses nor was it offered

EXCEPTIONAL! Location, Service, Facilities & Staff. Gym, pool, sauna etc Special mention : TENISHA in dining. Great attitude, pleasant, very attentive. I had a bathroom basin slow drainage issue which was sorted once reported..NO FUSS. My extra hour late check out to 13.00 hrs was granted by Management without any issues, as l had a 20.50 hrs flight. I just relaxed in lobby until my Airport transfer arrived. Most gratifying. Always look fwd. To a very delicious hearty breakfast 😋. Variety welcomed. Just a fantastic ambience. I SHALL return SOON.

Not much to dislike Please consider WHITE LIGHTING that can be dimmed. Especially in br Suite. Yellow lighting Triggers my migraine & l know for others too, with similar issues. (from Europe )

Breakfast was delicious...I enjoyed the fruits and the variety of porridge served especially the cornmeal porridge. I took photos in the OO7 Alpine...The location is very convenient.

I loved so much about the place it's hard for me to find anything I didn't like... I loved the Black and White colour -scheme and the shower- head ...Everything was gorgeous for me...Thanks to Management the Servers were so professional about their jobs !!!

Clean environment, easy and close access to restaurants surrounding the property. Friendly staff. An appropriate sized gym and pool area. I also like the fact that they were able to help us find accommodations to the airport in the early morning.

My partner and myself were looking forward to a full body massage that we booked in advance, to help with the stress of marching for carnival. On the day of the massage we found out that the sessions weren’t booked at all, which was very disappointing.

The Spanish Court Hotel is fantastic. Beautiful big, modern, and spotlessly clean rooms. The pool is amazing, the rooftop bar a perfect place to have your evening cocktail and the food in the restaurant is delicious. Very good check-in experience and almost all employees know the meaning of hospitality. In short, one of the best places to stay in Kingston. (Tip, The hotel is pretty close to The Bob Marley Museum. A MUST VISIT!!)

We spent New Year's Eve at the hotel. This was a bit of a disappointing experience. It was a lukewarm party that was already ended by the management at 00:30, but we were most annoyed by the guy behind the bar (Winston) who showed from the start that he didn't feel like his job at all. It is still incomprehensible to us that such a first-class hotel puts someone behind the bar at New Year's Eve who is not suitable for his job at all. He proved single-handedly he was able to make our evening disappointing. Thank you, Winston... :(

The staff were so friendly and accomodating. My husband's flight didnot happen and they gave him an availabke room without hitch. They went out of their way to help us with every request. Thank you to the staff and management.

Nothing to complain about.

I had an extremely great time at the Spanish Court Hotel. I initially stayed there for one night and then travelled to Ocho Rios and then returned for an additional eight days stay alone. Everything was amazing down to the entire customer service, the check in, the reservations manager JOSEPH, the receptionist (All the ladies), the kitchen staff (Kadisha and the Manager I forgot his name but he cut my jelly!), the sky bar (shout out Mr.Moody!! Best bar!! And the other staff at the bar with the live band and music every night!!! and all the staff throughout the entire hotel, the food was really good (but pricey) and I extremely loved the cabana pool area. The cabana pool area is the best part of the entire hotel with their hot tub and bar and bed and seating areas. Honestly I really enjoyed my stay here alone my entire social media is in a frenzy of all the post that I made while I was staying there. I would definitely say they can renovate their bathrooms specifically bathtub area (they have an amazing hair blow dryer!! I was in the pool all day everyday and was able to dry my hair in minutes) and maybe include more meals other than breakfast for the price that you’re paying. also a night life should be added for those who aren’t there just for business and work purposes. I spoke to a family who came out for a birthday, few people for a wedding, just people for many different reasons looking to enjoy their evening without having to leave the property. I walked to buy food outside at island grill and the security directed me and I felt so safe!! So much food options around the area!! I will definitely come back.THANK YOU SO MUCH SPANISH COURT HOTEL!!!

Bathtub.. could be renovated and levelled. Provide more included meals.
