Three years ago, before the pandemic, we spent 12 nights here at Roots and absolutely fell in love. We are now returning for another 10 nights. Roots is located on a wonderful beach, surrounded by beautiful green plants and the fantastic colors of the sea. The rooms are clean, the beach and garden are well-kept, and the staff is helpful and friendly. The whole Roots is family friendly and lovely, we love being here, we love the Jamaicans here. There is always music here 🙂 They organize great concerts in the evenings and do everything to make you feel good. The chef makes great food and is always friendly. Thanks for being here again! We will definitely be back! 5*+5*🤗

Time goes too fast (too good a place)😎

The room was clean and had air-conditioning, which was great! The staff are friendly and helpful. The Rum Punch at the bar is AMAZING!! Walking out of the room onto the beach each morning was such a great feeling. ROOTS section of the beach is clean and they have loungers. The live entertainment at night was great. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and we will definitely be staying again on our next visit.

I felt very welcome when I first got there. The staff was friendly and very helpful, and the rooms were clean and bedding fresh, and the mattress was soft. Our meals were delicious, and I enjoyed my breakfast with coffee. I enjoy my stay there. When I go there again, that is where I will be booking my room.

No complaints about it. Rooms were clean, and bedding was fresh. I had awesome sleep on a soft mattress.

The room was bright and spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean. Air conditioning worked well and the location was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful foot massage from Paulette who sat on the beach each day. Well worth the price if you can find her.

The drinks and food in the cafe rooms were a little expensive. This was not a problem as many other places close by.

I absolutely loved the staff they were so accommodating. When we arrived ( at night) the electricity had gone in the whole negril area. The staff ensured that me and the kids were ok and forfilled our requests and ensured we were well.taken care of throughout our stay!

Loud music from the next room at 6am, but that was dealt with promptly. Tourists seemed to forget that there other people staying in the hotel

Staff were great especially Sandra Room to beach was one minute with a bar in between Fantastic Beach Good music

Need to take dollars without converting to local at silly rates

the position is very nice and all the rest except for one thing .. just consider they are playing LOUD music ALL the time and you will have like 3 diverse practicing underneath your bed.

The staff are welcoming accommodating and informative in addition to being professional and polite. The chill vibe and accessibility to the beach was wonderful couples with excellent food .

The fact that it was close to all parties on the beach and that party was also held right there on property
