Loved the location, right next to the sea . Room was nice and clean, and had a good sized fridge. The shower was big and had warm water. Bed was pretty comfy, and the room was cleaned daily Lots of hummingbirds flying about in the flowering tree next to our room.

The grounds could have been a bit nicer. Some overgrown grass, and sand could have been raked up to make it look even better. Heard a few staff people using language that was totally inappropriate during the later evening

My cottage was overlooking the beach. The room was a good size and extremely clean. Lorraine and Tameisha do an excellent job of keeping the rooms and cottages clean. Yvonne, Nicola and Mario were very helpful when I visited the office to accommodate a special request. Security was professional and kept the property secured. All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and polite. The beds and pillows were comfy. The property is quiet which meant I got the sleep I needed. The wi-fi at first was not the most reliable. However they upgraded the service through the latter half of my stay which really made a huge difference! Future guests should be happy with the Wi-Fi service. I would definitely stay at this property again! Thank you Staff at the Yellow Bird for making my stay enjoyable.

The only issue was the Wi-Fi. However that was rectified the second week of my 4 week stay. Future guests you will not have an issue with the Wi-Fi.

Yellow bird is always my first choice of stay when in jamaica. I’ve been coming for 4 years now so that should already say a lot , i have stayed at yellow bird every single time. The staff is amazing, location is perfect so close to everything. The bartender is such a nice woman and makes the best drinks. My all time favorite is their beach area. Opening your door to the most beautiful room i’ll never get over. I will always reccomend staying here when you travel to jamaica.

This is my second time staying at the yellow bird. It is located on seven mile with a 20 minute walk to the town. I love the comfortable vibe and the staff are amazing, they are friendly, helpful and very professional ❤️

I don’t have any complaints, if I had to find one I would say that the shared kitchen lacked cutlery which was an easy fix of using plastic utensils.

Yellow Bird to me is the perfect place. Lovely garden, friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms and the best beach in the area. Many hotels have a lot of chairs lined up in a row but not here, there is a lot of room on the beach. Housekeeping is great.

The one thing that could be improved is the kitchen. Its about to fall apart and didnt have a lot of utensils.

Close to the beach and street food, restaurants .met the new owner who seemed nice.

The bungalow was a semi detached shed, luckily our neighbors were good, you are separated by just a wall of timber boards. We were close to the main road and during the night it can get a bit noisy with the locals . In my mind I'd created something a little more upmarket when I saw the price before the significant reduction but it was ok and we enjoyed our stay there.

It was nice and quiet and staff was very attentive and willing to help with what you needed love this place I'll be back in a few months

That it was off season and the bar was closed other than that great stay

i’ve stayed at yellow bird for the past 5 years. I’ve seen the progress and changes they have made over the years and it has always been my favorite. not only is it the perfect location but you feel like family and comfortable

the location is best - the place is immaculate - the staff is great and attentive - I love the friendliness and the lifeguard made a banging jerk chicken!

it’s very simple but that is fine / how ever I think the price is a little too high for the accommodations.

The customer service of the security guard was excellent! She was very friendly and mannerly.

That the bar wasn’t open it was a bit Lonley
