The location is good. The facility is good enough in my opinion for a bed and breakfast. P.S. The Jamaican breakfast was yuuummy. The staff was accommodating and helpful.

The lock on the door to our room was very dilapidated and had us quite worried in the night.

The staff at the front desk and kitchen was respectful and polite, I love how welcoming they are, nice people, the place was clean an the air conditioning was running so good, the water temperature is great and also the TV worked really well. The breakfast was good, the chef in the kitchen that day really cool guy, the place felt safe an secure overall it was good.

My only complaint is I think the beds need thicker blankets and house keeping gotta be a little more cautious with the wet floor I almost hurt my self because of how wet my room floor was from mopping. Need some upgraded microwave didn't like the one I had in my room and need better lighting.

Breakfast was superb and tasty. Well put together.

The toilet was shaky and the shower was slow. Not enough hot water. The AC had no gauge.

Big thanks to the Receptionists, Housekeeping, Security, Chef and the team. I can't remember the names but everyone who we have encountered with were very friendly and helpful during our stay. My husband, my so and I stayed in 119 for two weeks and we enjoyed every single moment of it we will definitely stay again thanks guys. Before I forget the food was tasty everyday, great chef. We look forward for breakfast especially my son he loves it.

The shower water presure was a bit low some days and the face basin was slow to run out. Othere than that everything else was great.

like the location and low cost but basuc comfort.

The property was not extensive and cold. The atmosphere was family-like and warm. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Overall the property was clean and well-kept. Falling leaves made it difficult to maintain, but the grounds man made the effort to clean up constantly. I didn’t use the pool but I noticed that leaves were in it, and more effort could be made to remove them. One grave complaint was that my companion wasn’t able to get what was promised during breakfast time. Better monitoring should be made to discourage greedy and inconsiderate early eaters from taking almost everything.

The cable only worked on the last day of my stay as they were changing over companies. A mild irritation but overall not a big deal.

1.Would like breakfast to include more international options I.e. eggs, pancakes/waffles, toast etc. Restaurant had no fruit juice available for breakfast. 2. Check-in gladly changed room to first floor , aided accessibility for senior traveler.

No towels towels ready at check-in. They were delivered an hour later but still slightly damp

The breakfast was great. I like that we could have a say in what we choose to eat. The rooms are freshly cleaned each day. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant.

The chairs around the pool could have cushions to elevate the seat to fit tables for comfortable eating. The volume of a party music was high and should be controlled by hotel policy in consideration of other guests.

Everyone was ready to assist even wen it was home time. The breakfast specially prepared.; banana porridge, The ackee and salt fish, calalloo, set me up for the day. Thank u chef Was great to return after 5 years to familiar faces too, Bless Charline
