- kitchen good, big refrigerator, have everything for a long stay. - washing machine and dryer by the airflow in the bathroom. - have a big space, sofa area, 3 Queen beds, separate kitchen area, separate bathroom space. - 4 floors, have an elevator. - Not far from the restaurant area, has a 7/11 nearby and one local supermarket. - easy register, don't worry about check-in. - opposite the building is a big space for coin parking but too many vehicles there. - TV smart for many streaming channel. - Closed walking distance to Tenjin but too far from Hakata station by walking. - Yatai area and Canel city department store nearby, easy walking. - Rome photo in the app same as real.

- air con, air cleaning, hard to use should have a English instructions. (The air-con can be selected to be a heater. The air cleaner can make more humanity.) - around the building is a small road and one way, hard to get a taxi, I have to use a taxi application (GO taxi). - The price might be a little bit high and have to pay city tax more at the hotel (estimate 200 yen per person per night). - have no garbage bag for long stays, just only one. - The washing machine has no dryer (but can hang in the bathroom). - many love hotels around but don't worry, have nothing dangerous during my stay for 14 nights.

Our apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It has everything you may need: washing machine, microwave, kettle, kitchen, refrigerator/freezer, TV. In addition to two very comfortable double beds, there is a small living room where four people can sit. In general, everything was very comfortable for our family. The hotel is located in a quiet street, but very close to the center. There are many restaurants around the hotel.

More than a hotel, it is a building with 8 apartments. There is no on-site staff, so check-in is done on a tablet (a somewhat complicated process, by the way, they should simplify it). There are no hotel services such as breakfast, or the ability to store luggage for a few hours before check-in or after check-out. However, all in all, I would stay here again.

We liked many aspects of GRAND BASE Haruyoshi. The room was spacious, much more than usual for Japanese hotels, particularly at this price point. We also appreciated the living room, kitchen, cooking utensils, and laundry machine. The ample electricity outlets were a great convenience. The hotel's location was a major highlight - it's ideally positioned in the city center, a short 15-minute walk to Hakata station, and just a 5-minute walk to Canal City, with a plethora of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

There was no on-site staff, which means room service was not available during our stay. Some guests might find this lack of direct staff interaction challenging. However, the self-check-in system via a tablet was straightforward to use with the instructions provided via email.

The room was spacious, it had cool amenities and an excellent location

The bed had a weird smell as sweat so they might not clean the bed sheets frequently. The place also has the same name as other of their properties so it gets really confusing while looking for the location at internet, they should have different names for both places

The hotel is pretty new and modern with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. We had a shower and it was completely okay for us. The small kitchen area with microwave and kettle is practical and the tv is large.

There is no real closet, just a few hangers, so it's hard to store clothes when you're staying a bit longer. Also, we had the room directly across from the check-in counter, so it was pretty loud.

It's located in a good area where most of the city sights are within walking distance (e.g. Yatai stalls, department shops etc) with lots of restaurants around. It is a bit further from the station but only took about 15-20 mins to get there. Check in is easy through an online service. There is no luggage storage before or after check-in/check-out. The room itself was spacious with a big bathroom.

Thin blankets are not suitable for winter and the heater is not hot throughout the room

I had a wonderful stay, My room was big and very clean and looked amazing inside. Lounge was soft and comfortable very easy to relax and watch movies on. Location is great. It’s a small walk to a big shopping centre and close to everything.

The bed and pillows are very hard.

Near the yatai stalls, hakata station os just 15 minutes walk. Near canal city and kawabata shopping arcade too. Contactless check in is fast too. Check out took less than a minute. The staff also gave us umbrellas to use because it was raining when we checked out.

Washing machine, kitchen facilities and clothes drying bathroom. Large room with enough space for three people. Close to restaurants, shops and transport.

Elevator was a bit small for travellers with bags. Sofa was very low and not overly comfortable.
