I enjoy my stay but when I bought breakfast with the my stay with 1 adult and a child 12yrs old they only brought 1 breakfast they said only for an adult. So it got me upset because I’m not going to eat breakfast without my son. The reason I bought the breakfast package so I don’t have to go out and look for breakfast. I don’t think it was worth the extra price.

Be more specific when you add breakfast included to the price. Also the parking is expensive 2900yen including tax. If I knew that I could of use the 24hr parking payed spot.

Modern hotel in a side street in central Fukuoka. Low traffic noise, sometimes (weekends) you'd hear people from nearby bars, hotels and so on talking in the streets (if your window faces out front). Larger room for japanese standards. We were happy with the location and didn't mind the 10 minute walk to the nearest train station. Close to restaurants, bars, the river. Tenjin 15 minutes walk away, Hakata 20 in the other direction. We had a twin room with 2 queen size beds that we pushed together - created a huge bed landscape. Nice separation of bathroom from rest of the room with plenty of doors. Would book again. They also served a little free 'sweets and tea combo' between 3 and 10pm upon request which was nice. Oh, and they do eco stay (no full cleaning under 4 nights), only towels and emptying bins. I am cool with that and it increases my feeling of privacy.

We didn't have a view which is ok and can happen quite often in dense cities. Didn't bother us much but in case someone else needs to know this.

The bid was big, the Air conditioning was good, the toilet and shower was separate from each other so that was nice. The welcome sweet they had was really nice and they even give a drink. They have 3 coin laundry machines, and even a microwave. It’s right next to a 7 eleven, and right outside is the canal and lots of food options.

No house keeping… like why?! They only take out the trash and replace towels. And let me say the trash can is extra small so you can fit like a couple of things and you have to figure out the rest. Also it’s far from the Hakata station…

It was a nicely designed property in a great location, close to big shopping mall and many food places.Looked a lot fancier than pictures suggested. Very reasonable parking fee for 24 hours parking and was easy to reach. Having laundry and drier was helpful and smoothie drinks daily were nice. Breakfast was hit and miss, paid extra for it, but at best ate 50% of the contents. For non-Japanese would suggest to skip this and just get from 711 or Family MArt or any or shops nearby, there is plenty of choice.

Breakfast box was hit and miss, some days liked it, some days didn't eat any of it.

The hotel is in a great location, just over the (quiet) road from its larger sister with a restaurant and bar. Rooms are great - clean and modern with a real authentic Japanese feel. Superb bathroom set up - very luxurious and high quality. Products provider are top notch too.

My only complaint about the room is the inadequate plug sockets! 2 in the entrance hall and 2 in the furthest corner of the bedroom. It made blow drying my hair very difficult and boiling the kettle awkward! No plug near the (lovely) desk had I wanted to use my laptop

The room is large when compared to others in Japan. Staff is very helpful. Most impressive is daily complimentary drink and sweet.

For consecutive stay, they will not clean the room, only change towel. I don’t think that it is correct for hotel management because average rate that I pay for consecutive day booking is the same as daily rate booking (no discount) so I should get full cleaning every day same as the day I check in.

First time staying at The OneFIve Terrace and we will definitely stay there again. We are a family of 5 so had to book two rooms but the price was so reasonable it was no problem, plus they put our rooms next to each other as requested. Check in and out was super easy. The rooms were clean and spacious enough. Good location to Canal City and Hakata station by walking. Had a wonderful stay. The staff that we encountered also knew English if that is something you are worried about.

The comforters were a bit stained.

The hotel was located near everything we were looking for. Food stalls nearby, a Donki a few minutes away, the canal nearby, even the night scene was pretty close by. Guests can get a free dessert every day at the front desk. We hung out in front of the hotel with their provided seating a few times at night eating the dessert and drinking tea.

Elevator was small

Rooms and bathrooms were spacious. Hotel was very clean throughout the building. Great location in between Hakata and Tenjin.

Breakfast options lacking. The towels, though very clean, seemed old and in need of updating.

The breakfast was more than enough food, and seemed very healthy. The evening treat and tea were a lovely touch. Hotel was in a great jumping off location for exploring, but also in a quiet enough part of town that we could rest. The staff was super accommodating when we asked for an earlier breakfast to accommodate a trip. The room was everything we needed to be comfortable and relax after running around all day. The whole experience was wonderful-we would absolutely stay again!
