It was a 12 minute walk to the domestic terminal at the airport where we picked up a free shuttle to the international terminal. That was great. We liked the public baths which were clean and spacious. And the staff was great. The bed was comfortable and the hotel is very clean.

The bathroom was an odd sized and fairly big ridged step up from the bedroom and appeared to be a module added later into the space. It was very small, almost to be unusable for anyone who is at all large. It was more expensive by lots than any other hotel we stayed in in Japan and, other than being close to the airport, didn’t seem worth the money. If our flight had been later in the day I would have chosen to book in Fukuoka and taken the metro from Hakata Station to the domestic terminal.

Public bath on the ground floor was fabulous. Room was very clean. Elevators are fast. Dining space is open as a common area at night, so people don't need to be loud in their rooms. Breakfast looked great, but unfortunately we had to leave early just as they were setting up the buffet (starts at 6am). Staff were very helpful. Relatively short walk (15-20 minutes) to Fukuoka airport and subway station. (It seems closer, but it's a long way to the actual airport entrance.) Convenience store is close by. Nice (free) drink service in the lobby, although my preferred selection from the coffee machine (ice cocoa) was not working for some reason. Water is healthier anyway. Also nice that they have a full range of free amenities (toothbrush, shower cap, combo brush/comb, etc.)

AC was difficult to figure out and get to a comfortable temperature. Room was very hot when we arrived and then got too cold. Floor level difference between the room and the bathroom is very high. (Although the bathroom itself is very nice.) It was actually a little difficult to step down from the bathroom. Bed was a little soft for our taste. The lack of English signage and guidance was somewhat surprising. Room was small, but it's Japan after all.

I booked this room last minute due to a cancelled flight. I was able to check in successfully less than an hour after completing the booking online. The availability of a female only floor was appreciated. The range of facilities and amenities available surprised and impressed me. There is a clean and spacious public bath. The rooms themselves are slightly bigger than normal business hotel size but were bright, clean and modern. They offered bottled water in the room and there was a Dyson hairdryer as well. The hotel is also in an excellent location - 15 min walk from Fukuoka Airport, convenience stores across the road, various restaurants nearby (Mcdonald's, udon etc) and an Aeon mall about a 10min walk away.

Just be aware there is a small tax which I was asked to pay when checking in. This was not included with the booking.com fees (which I had paid online). Not an issue but just good to know.

Thing to note, the hotel is a pretty straight forward 10 minute walk from the Domestic Fukuoka airport but there is a free shuttle that runs from the international and domestic terminals and it’s about a 10-15 minute ride. I originally thought it was a 10 minute walk from the international terminal so that was a bit surprising when I landed but honestly it was easy to get to the hotel and for the price, it was well worth it and I would stay again. The room was extremely clean and perfect for a solo traveler. Staff were amazing, kind and helpful.

The staff was kind and they have hot beverages machine (hot chocolate or hot coffee) for free for guests. They called a taxi for us.

Tiny room, i would never refer to a 10 sqm as king or deluxe, only had the price of a deluxe room. They made us show and scan our passports even if we are japan residents. On top of the overpriced room we had to pay 400¥ upon checkin, cash only. The room was cold and the windows let in a lot of cold, which the AC pump is not good enough to cover and make the room warm.

This hotel is renovated so the room was new and very clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with many dishes. The dishes were replenished frequently. The tazukuri was especially good. Seemed to be freshly made. The mentaiko was also pretty good quality for a Fukuoka business hotel. I went to the onsen at 10 pm and I had it to myself. The bath is quite large

A bit of a walk from the train station. Around 20-25 minutes, but easy to find as the hotel is off a main street.

Loved the hot/cold welcome drinks, the friendly and professional staff, the on-site parking and close proximity to Fukuoka airport and nearby shops - walkable distance to a huge supermarket (Trial).

The beds are a bit too soft and the on-site paid parking (500 yen/night) is quite limited in space but the hotel is still most convenient in general.

It was close to the airport, but I arrived at night and with a big luggage it may be little too far to walk. Next morning I took a bus to Hakata train station. The bus stop was just around the corner. Nice big bath near the front desk which was better than other business hotels.

Location was perfect for catching a flight the next morning. Everything was pristine and clean. Surprised to see there was Netflix, Hulu access. The bed shared was spacious for two people. Overall enjoyed it and would stay again.
