The breakfast was huge with a variety of western-Japanese fusion. We had leftovers which were later had as snacks in the late afternoon. The bathtub and bathroom were exceptionally clean and the amenities were of really good quality.

Our breakfast did not arrive one morning even though it was ordered and confirmed the evening before. We're not sure what happened but we didn't have time to wait further as we had to leave for the airport. The staff was very apologetic.

The hotel rooms after renewal are much better. In general, the hotel is very clean and staff very helpful.

There is no place to sit down and have coffee in the hotel, no hotel bar. In the afternoon you need to go out to find the place to have coffee. There is a visible for everyone lounge in the hotel reserved only for the guests of the most expensive rooms. This does not make good impression when you ask how to use the facility and you hear it is only for the "more important guests".

Room was clean and cozy. It's not so far from the HAKATA station but it takes 7-10 minutes from the station to the hotel. Staffs were helpful but not that kind and friendly.

The room was not exactly the same with the picture in the website. So dissapointed.

The room was very big for Japan standards since we requested 3 single beds. The bathroom was very big with separate bath/shower area. The water pressure was AMAZING! Room was very new and clean. The location was good, about 8 mins walk from Hakata station and it was very close to restaurants/convenience store. Lobby was impressive and check-in/out was very smooth. They also have free water refill in the gym area and free umbrellas to borrow.

There was no view from our room - we looked into the office building next store. We also only had 1 chair in the room for 3 people. Free toiletries were limited, e.g. I didn't see a shower cap. Bath towels are exceptionally small - it was 1/2 the width of a normal bath towel. Not sure if we chose eco-cleaning option but they didn't make our beds daily. It was quite a fair walk from the elevator to our room.

The location is very convenient and near JR station. The area around is quite clam and not busy. The hotel have room for 4 persons which can accommodate all family

The bathroom door is clear glass which is not good when a person is taking a bath and another person is using the wash room or toilet. Bath room door should use not see through glass or have a curtain will be better for privacy. Also there are no hooks for hanging clothes in the wash/bath room

Beautiful hotel with novel designs, very spacious by Japanese standards and handy location for train and airport.

The designs looked great but made some things practically challenging. My mum and I didn’t realise the phone on charge near the door was the room phone because we were not told about it and we each thought the other head out their own phone on charge. When I picked it up it had an error message rather than the hotel Home Screen. Also because everything was dark I didn’t realise there was a PowerPoint on the table next to the bed until the next morning - I charged my phone at the end of the bed. There didn’t seem to be anywhere in the room to plug in the kettle and coffee machine? Plugged them in in the bathroom.

The location is less than 10 minutes walk to the Hakata station and there are many convenience stores on the way. Also there are a lot of restaurants around. The hotel is close to the Fukuoka Airport, it costs just around Yen1200 to the International airport by taxi. The staff crews are quite nice and willing to help. The circular shape of the hotel is quite outstanding and the very high ceiling of the lobby is very impressive.

The area in front of the hotel is quite dark at night time. It is dim in the entrance area of the room and there is not enough places for you to open even 2 medium suitcases at the same time, unless you put in on your bed or ground. There is no closet in the room for you to hang your clothes, you can just hang everything on the wall . My room was next to the supply room so it was a bit noisy sometimes.

First of all: Incredible building and architecture. That alone is a reason to visit. But the room was exceptional as well and the staff very nice and helpful. It was clean, cozy and the room came with high quality amenities. It's not too far from Hakata station so you can easily walk with your luggage and there is enough nightlife and restaurants surrounding it to have a fun time.

The noise in the room. On the 2nd floor the noise from the street was very noticeable. And there was a air vent(?) on the ceiling that ran constantly throughout the night without a chance to turn it off. Adding to that it had a bright blue light shining towards the bed.

The service was amazing. The people at the front found a great dinner place for me, reserved me spots at the gym, and were extremely flexible. When I arrived 2 hours before check-in, they not only gave me the keys of my room but were able to change the type of room based on my need. I loved the space in the room, was able to roll out my yoga mat with ample space.

Shower head was weak. The water was dripping, rather than flowing. This was painful especially after a few workouts. The bed was a bit wobbly and felt old. Yet, the bed was comfortable enough to have a good night's sleep.

Awesome bathtub which is considerate for seniors. It has things to grab and hold at right places when you get in and out of the bathtub. My mom in her 70's is totally satisfied with it. Breakfast was excellent with delicious and creative dishes.

The location of the window knobs is way too high near the ceiling. To open the large windows, you need to go up to the bed or the sofa and stretch your arms high to pull the window knobs hard. I don't think it's a bit dangerous and obviously not elderly-friendly.
