The hotel is near the airport but surprisingly it’s very quiet during our stay. The room was clean & tidy, with nice view. There’s plenty of car park & restaurant around the hotel. The bed was very comfortable & I love the shower room the most.

There’s no cooking pot or frying pan at kitchen, so basically I couldn’t do any simple cooking, quite disappointed for such service apartment. The Wi-Fi was not working, finally hotel asked us to connect to the Wi-Fi on upper floor.

The flat is very modern and in residential area so the nights are very quiet. There a few restaurants around and supermarkets plus the metro station that connect directly to train station and airport. The flat is small but very well organised, perfect for one person. There is no personnel on site but they are quite responsive on booking.com.

There was a laundry but not really a place to hang clothes. The balcony could have been cleaner.

The room was comfortable for myself and my three young kids. There was a futon and comforter in the closet we put out on the floor. The bed was big and comfortable. The facitility included a microwave, washing machine, small kitchen with all the basic servingware. The room was surprisingly quiet considering the traffic outside (thick windows), and conveniently located near a convenience store and subway station. YouTube, Hulu, Netflix, etc. is available to those with accounts. The street outside is a bigger road with many taxis, so it was easy to grab one without a reservation the next morning.

The only very upsetting thing was that reception is not close to the rental, and this was not made known until making the reservation. Reception is about a 10 minute walk from Hakata Station, and as we were flying out the next day we didn't take a car and couldn't take all our suitcases on the subway (especially important for those not used to Japanese summer and with small children). So we had to take a taxi from reception. Still, it was only 2,000 yen or so, but I was very disappointed that reception and the rental are in two completely different places. I also washed clothes and wanted to dry them outside, but there was no pole on the drying racks and the balcony floor was incredibly dirty, so our feet turned black.

It’s an apartment type hotel so felt like I’m in my own house and it was comfortable. Also there’s kitchen and basic kitchenettes so if you wanna cook something it’s good for you. There’s Convenience store and supermarket nearby

This place is different place from where front desk is. It was like 15 to 20 minutes walk from front desk to this hotel. If you have big suitcases then it’s better to take a taxi

Big room, with dining table Clean Good location, very near airport and very near subway station Good view The yakitori place in the building is delicious, and so is the nearby croissant place.

No drying facilities for laundry, not even a drying rack. Our router was not working so we had to log in routers from other rooms.

It was a nice apartment space, with necessary facilities including a kitchen space and a washing machine, and entry is keyless with PIN codes so no chance of losing the key to the room / one less thing to carry

Check in is done via a terminal in the doorway and it was a bit confusing to get in at first

Arriving from Hakata, the place to register was 10 minutes far. We were assigned a very well-equipped and comfortable room next to the elevator (since we had to leave early). With all windows closed we barely hear the outside sounds. The air conditioning was very well. The metro station was a 3 minutes walk. It took us 15-20 minutes to the airport. A lot of convenience stores are very close. Apart from the restaurant close to the entrance, we noticed some cafes or restaurant in the vicinity.

Even though the booking.com website indicated Taxes and fees included, we were asked to pay a 400 yens local tax.

The property is close to station.

The staff can't speak english and the email no response. Unable to drop luggage before check in. No reminder for hot water usage, which as foreigner will be very frustrate about this situation.

I like the room because it is clean and comfortable. Nice location for commuting to Hakata and Tenjin station including Fukuoka International Airport Also there are many convenience stores situated not far from the hotel. I can cook sometime.

It would be better if there is slippers in the room.

the property was lovely, we stayed in a Japanese style room and very much enjoyed the experience.

This property includes an on-sight onsen, however, guests with tattoos are not able to use the facilities. I certainly understand the cultural reasoning for this, however, having tattoos myself it would have been great to have access to these facilities.
