The location of the hotel is excellent: 3 minute walk from Tenjin Station. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room is on the small side, but if you plan to stay out all day sightseeing or shopping, it doesn't really matter. The bathroom is very clean and well equipped, it even has a bathtub. The wi-fi works fasts. The elevators work with your room key: place it on the reading pad inside the elevator and it will automatically select your floor. It feels very safe since you can only get out of the elevator when you reach your floor and you always need your room card. We had a wonderful stay and consider going back to the same hotel next time we travel to Fukuoka.

The decor and design of the hotel is exceptionally well done with a lot of details of modern and classical fusion. The lift with the translucent part is like a new version of the old style lift. The letterings are well designed. The room is bigger than most of the hotels at the same price. The colour of pale tiffany green is a great choice, the actually green is better than the photos shown in the website. The toilet with the green wall is better than most of the standard toilet. The very classy atmosphere make the stay more enjoyable beyond expectation.

The waiting area is not comfy enough with more seats so that if friends come to wait for us they can be better received.

Location is great, one block from the station. The immediate area had decent food, although I ate the best ramen of try trip at Dazaifu, a short trip from here. The room was good, and it was a good value for the money. I didn't hit the area with all the izakaya, so the location was pretty good.

I wish the tub were larger. (Only Candeo hotel in Kumamoto was long enough for me to stretch my legs out, and I did get sore from walking.)

Kind helpful staff. Great location near the main subway line. There are famous yatai food stalls right across the street. Room was a decent size and clean.

The walls seem thin. I could easily hear guests in the hallway and next to us in the morning and late evening. I recommend earplugs if you are a sensitive sleeper. There is no self-service laundry there (dry cleaning only) but a coin laundry is within walking distance.

- the hotel is at an amazing location in Tenjin, very easy to find (at night there is a moon shining on top of the building!) - bed was extremely comfortable - bathroom was really nice sized and looked quite fancy! - it smelled really good in the lobby, got better mood every time i walked in - quite safe, as you cannot go to a floor without a key card for it - conbini in the first floor, very convenient - i am not a smoker, but there was an extra room for smokers, which is also good idea

- even at 9th floor i could hear noises from outside, although only when there was an ambulance or motorcyclists-kind of loud noises, but still enough to wake me up - the air-conditioning was also quite loud, so if you are sensitive to sound, you might have to choose whether you want to be cool or in a quite room

Location is near, just need to exit at 3, that will take you 3- minutes from the station. Very near Parco. Iwataya Mitsukoshi is within walking distance.

Quite pricey for a small tight room but glad that they clean up our rooms everyday. They also provide water everyday. Coffee and tea are free at the first floor.

Location of hotel and parking option. Parking is first come first serve but during our stay we did not have an issue with reserving a space. Most staff spoke excellent English and all staff were very courteous and friendly.

The room could have a little more cleaner. The bathrooms ventilation was not working which made the bathroom smell like urine. The room floor seemed to be very dusty under the beds. Beds were firm but comfortable, pillows were not comfortable.

Beds were terrible rock hard mattresses and pillows were unusable. Considering we booked this hotel 3 months in advance we were given a room with a view of the backs of office buildings and the air conditioning units on the roof of them.

Great breakfast! Hotel was near convenience stores (one attached to hotel). I needed some vitamins and there was a pharmacy close by. Room size was great; we are traveling for several months and tiny rooms with no place for a suitcase are disappointing. We were very happy with the staff, room, and breakfast.

Amazing location, easy to find and the yatai's are directly available downstairs. Also this hotel provides parking if you need (at a small extra cost). There's a also a 7eleven connected to the hotel.

Interior is slightly outdated. Room is clean but can be a bit stuffy.
