The bed was SO comfy and the room was well-appointed and larger than typical Japanese business-style hotels I’ve stayed at before. I had a small fridge, a keurig and an electric kettle. There was a room enough for a small table with two chairs. A hot shower and a soaking tub for long hot baths. They also had a great selection of amenities you could pick up from the reception area - shaving razor, hair ties, lotions, etc. The hotel was a great location for getting around Fukuoka city. Also appreciated the very polite staff who spoke some English, which was very thoughtful and helpful.

My only wish was that I had better directions on how to find the hotel after getting off at the Tenjin stop on the airport line. If they had better directions on their hotel website or in an email as part of their standard communications, that would have been helpful and ease the stress of trying to figure out where to go with all my luggage in tow. The chikagai can be really overwhelming when you are completely unfamiliar with the city.

Very centrally located in Tenjin area, within 2 minutes walk of either the Tenjin subway station to the airport of the Nishitetsu Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station that goes to Dazaifu/Yanagawa. Mitsukoshi and Iwataya are both right next door. Plenty of shopping and food options around. The teppanyaki restaurant located at the top floor of the hotel was also excellent, and is probably cheaper to try during lunch. Room was clean, spacious and modern, with separate bath and shower that's also enclosed from the wash basin area. The rooms were also very well sound-proofed. Unlike many Japanese hotels, we could not hear noise from neighbouring rooms nor from the corridor. The front desk staff were very helpful with making recommendations and reservations for restaurants. They also helped to book three taxis bound for the airport for our group of 6 at 6am in the morning, and helped us bring our luggage to the taxi pick-up.

Annoyance with the motion-sensitive light at the hotel room doorway right outside the toilet area. Most times, it turns off too soon (like barely a minute after it came on) even though we were still rummaging through the closet in the area, and had to wave our arms wildly to trigger it to come on again. Lack of small vanity mirror in the toilet to assist with make up. Instead, there is a foldable mirror located near the folders under the TV for one to put on make up at the small table under not very ideal yellow light conditions.

Location was excellent - easily accessible via subway and bus. Lots of taxi waiting at hotel taxi stand. Many eateries in the surrounding area. Love the close proximity to the nightly Yatai stalls. Connected underground to Mitsubishi and Daimaru! Loved exploring the food basements of the 2 departmental stores! Love the spacious bathroom!

Would appreciate more space for our 3 luggages in our triple room. Area around the kettle and coffee machine was rather dim, would be useful to install a light there.

Wonderful location with direct access from 天神地下街 connected to both 天神駅 and 天神南駅. We booked the room type just enough for two person well in advance so the price was great! It was very nice and clean and the washroom was very spacious! We enjoyed every moment of our stay! Highly recommend this place, we would stay here again when we visit Fukuoka next!

Nothing, we really like it!

Location was in the heart of downtown. It's more convenient to take a taxi from the airport as it will cost only JPY 3000 or so and you will get to the hotel in 20-25 minutes, depending on traffic.

There were only 2 elevators serving 16/17 floors. Sometimes we had to wait quite a while for the elevator to get to our floor. Pillow choices were limited as well as it was mostly hard pillows.

The size of the room was smaller than I thought, but the props were arranged so that it would not be uncomfortable to stay overnight in the small room. We like the breakfast buffet during our travels. This place prepares a rich breakfast with a focus on Japanese breakfast. Workers who move silently but without tightness. The location is in the center surrounded by luxury shops such as Louis Vuitton and Tom Ford. For travelers who enjoy luxury shopping and have a short stay in Fukuoka, it is convenient to book a taxi from the counter to Hakata Station to get to Hakata Station. I will come back to see the gentle and professional service from the staff.

Location was excellent! Located between two subway lines and is connected to the trainstation itself. All around very easy to move around. The room seems new, we love that there is a big sofa to use too.

Breakfast is a bit boring and limited. You get mainly just rice+curry+miso soup, some meats, and bakery. The room wasn't very sound proof, we can hear people down at the park, and people in other rooms moving stuff.

Excellent location! Located in Solaria Plaza, above an underground shopping street and Tenjin station and connect to/across several other big shopping malls. One gets to shop and eat and travel conveniently, can't ask for more. Will definitely stay again if return next time. Absolutely love it.

Reception is located at 6th floor, no direct assistance on luggage handling at building entrance.

I really enjoyed staying here. Staff were really kind and friendly. Room was spacious and clean! Also the location was really nice, near Tenjin station and surrounded by many shopping malls, restaurants, bars. It's also easy to visit many tourist spots. My family says that they are really satisfied too, and I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again if I have a chance to visit Hukuoka :)
