location is good, there's a few Yatai street food located just across the hotel, 3 mins walking to the train station. Convenient store surrounded the hotel, but hotel does not have parking. You need to go to other car parking facility and pay, quite expensive.

When checking in the male staff was very rude. It's quite unusual to find rude Japanese staff, they are usually very friendly, polite, and very helpful. However, other than him, other staff are very nice and super helpful. Also, the room is very tiny, but comfortable enough.

Decor of room is very modern. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Overall everything looks clean and well maintained. Location was near a mall and access to underground mall. A number of yatai near hotel which is a plus for us. We enjoyed our yatai dinner very much.

Instruction on how to get to hotel was misleading. The exit to take from train station was referring to exit at underground mall and not train station. We ended up taking a long time to find the hotel unnecessarily.

Well located hotel: close to the metro and has a lot of restaurants and convenient stores. Room was nice and clean with good sound insulation (we did not hear our neighbors).

As at all other hotels in the summer, it was not possible to sleep without AC on, and it was noisy, so earplugs are needed. Room had several LEDs that were very bright and the light from the hallway was visible underneath the door, which made it a bit hard to sleep.

I really like the hotel - I wish I could read Japanese to read all the books they have in the lobby <3 The room is really nice and quite big in my personal opinion. The location is also very nice, very near to shopping malls and quite central. You can take a bus / metro to the central station, so it's very very convenient. And since it's behind the street, it's also quite at night so you can have a good night sleep!

The staff is phenomenal! they are very gentle, they help you out and support in any situation even if is outside their regular duties. The check in is very smooth same to say for the check out. Breakfast is abundant and various. More focused on the asian style witch personally I was ok with it. Unfortunately I could not enjoy the Manga collection they have that you can borrow to read. The position is nicely connected and allows you also night walks without any problem. Nice check in and out, great breakfast, clean rooms, good bathroom size and amenities: What else you want? Thank you again to all the staff!

Stayed for one night in Fukuoka. Central location and easy to walk to nearby restaurants and shopping. Metro stop is very close by. Room was clean and comfy. On the morning of my checkout I was feeling ill and wanted to see a doctor to get something checked. As I don't know Japanese, searching for a clinic was difficult. The staff member at the front desk was super kind and helpful in searching for me a nearby walk-in clinic that was open on Sundays. Was able to get things sorted quickly thanks to the wonderful staff at the hotel!

Location is convenient, close to subway, bus stops, surrounded by malls and many restaurants. The room is clean, bed is comfortable. Staff are nice. Safety is secured as you can only enter the floor of you room with the provided access card.

The smoking room at the G/F is close to the reception, lobby, where people have to go through each day. The strong smoke smell at the lobby is not very nice.

We booked the twin room which is a little bigger, otherwise there is no space for luggage (city hotel rooms in Japan are notoriously small). The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom though small was manageable. They provided good toiletries. The location of the hotel is excellent being 5 minutes from the Tenjin shopping area. There are also several restaurants and yatai stalls within 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The breakfast was very good, but it was exactly the same everyday - we stayed for 3 nights so by the 3rd day we were not looking forward to breakfast.

No variation in the breakfast. No free parking for hotel guests.

The hotel is at a great location, near many bars and restaurants, and near the Tenjin subway station. The rooms are reasonably sized for Japan, and the hotel is overall modern and reasonably clean. There is a mini fridge in the room, and the Aircon works well.

The staff doesn't really speak much English. And the bathroom could have been cleaned better - there was hair stuck on the wall when we arrived. But these are minor complaints, overall we had a great time.

Loved the central location within Tenjin; the station was a mere two blocks away while main bus lines were within three blocks. Loved as well that it was surrounded by convenience stores -- a favourite destination for my family, as well as was so close to so many neighbourhood restaurants, including an amazing local ramen joint literally around the corner. Reception via email and phone were also very helpful, and the extra free amenities (razor, toothbrush, hand towels) next to reception were a nice touch for those that needed it. Love the availability of a washer and dryer as well as a vending machine in the lobby, as well as manga and comics that you could borrow and read leisurely if you are able to. Also not to miss -- the breakfast because the vegetables in particular were so fresh!

Only two small things for me. (i) I think that the WiFi quality could've been better as it was quite slow (~2Mbps average during my stay) but it was usable for some light video streaming and easily usable for email; and (ii) more instructions for use of the AC as it wasn't as intuitive (red button is for warm air -- not to turn off the machine) but easily manageable after using a translator app to figure it out.
