The location is good as it is in Tenjin. Just a few streets away are good restaurants and cafes. Traffic to the hotel on a Sunday late afternoon was quite bad. Parking at hotel was a tower. Interesting experience. Staff was very helpful to guide us to use it. Check in and out was a breeze too. Room was spacious for four. Appreciate the massage chair in room. Saw that massage service is available in the room but we did not get to use it cos we only stayed for a night. Design was a little dated but it is well stocked with amenities. Bath salts provided for everyone in the room. Love how the toilet and huge bathroom are separated. The breakfast was delicious with a wide spread. Signs to introduce local dishes are useful. They even have takeaway cups so we could get coffee or tea to go.

It was difficult to control the temperature of the room.

- The location of the hotel is just around the corner of Tenjin - 5 min walk to Tenjin Station - No need to carry shopping bags around Tenjin; you can always come back and leave the shopping bags and then continue. - service and friendliness of staff - if you are staying consecutive nights, on the 2nd and 4th day, they will not do the cleaning unless demanded. - 2,500 JPY from hotel to Airport by taxi

- Air con is centralized. It will stop during winter. Might need the hotel staff to open the window for you.

Location was impressive. Everything seem so near and can be reached thru walking. The room size was surprisingly big for a twin room. For a rather old hotel cleanliness and facilities were impressive. It was only four minutes walk away from everything: train station, shopping area, covenience store, restaurants and even the Catholic Church! Breakfast buffet was so satisfying! Hotel staffs were all nice, gentle and smiling!

Located in a prime location of Tenjin area.

Hotel is located in a prime area, only 5 minutes walk from Tenjin station. Surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants and bars and bus terminal. Staff is nice and helpful. The room is a bit small and old but if worth for money. House keepers will make up the room every 2 days but we can request to do it more often if we wish for.

Good value for money choice. Close to big shopping center (Iwata) and many brand name stores (Montbell, Adidas, etc) nearby. Paid parking available and big loading/unloading area in front of the main entrance of the hotel.

The central heating making the room a bit hot even tuning to the lowest temperature setting (the outside temperature was around 15 degree C outside but the room temp was feeling at around 25 degree C.

Its centrally located. Very good location, near the bus, train, restaurants, etc. Catholic church is just across.

I feel this is more catered to locals. The staff can hardly speak English. Quite difficult. We wanted to talk to guest relations for a tour & it took us more than 30 minutes to get a reply. In all fairness, the lady & man tried their best.

The hotel fittings and fixtures including the windows are not to modern standards. Our room faced the main street and we could hear traffic and people noise because the seal on the window was not working properly. Basically the windows need upgrading

Staff is very friendly however English is not good. location is perfect and close to shopping areas which was super convenient and time-saving.

Facilities are old, and the air conditioning is not working at all. They have to open the windows to bring in fresh air.

Breakfast was awesome with many food options available. The location is few steps from Tenjin Subway. The staffs are all attentive.

As hotel is aging, some in-room facilities need some upgrade. Hotel should move away from carpet flooring as it is hard to clean.
