Almost Everything: location, the rooms, the decor, the view of Mount Fuji from our room and the indoor Onsen. Shuttle services were good too, just that they weren’t present on a Monday.

Shuttle services could be there on Monday too. Breakfast could have a bigger spread of items but it was still very good. The front desk person was a bit rude on the first night of our stay.

Location and view. There is a big hotspring facility next door but the hotel offers it too. short distance from Gotemba station.

The balcony may not be 100% private, can easily be seen by someone from next room if they peek over, due to the balcony side walls.

I loved the Onsen and the workers as well as the room. My room had a balcony view so viewing Mount Fuji every morning was very relaxing. I will not forget my stay here.

It's better if you have a car or rent a car in Gotemba, otherwise you would have to wait for the hotel shuttle bus that comes around every hour until 6pm to get to the nearest town.

I liked the onsen overlooking the city. The baths were clean and spacious and the sauna was delightful. The club room was very nice to look out from and nice to have coffee complimentary available. The architecture of the hotel is fascinating and unlike anything I have seen. The staff were kind and helpful, Yoshi upon check in was also fantastic. He was very kind and informative and made us feel very welcomed. The waiters were also amazing and kind, I loved visiting for meals.

Unfortunately, it was cloudy and we could not see Mt. Fuji. The traditional style room had a slight smell when walking in, but very easy to become accustomed. The dinner was terrific but very expensive.

The staffs are really good , helpful. The location is great .We can see the mount fuji directly from our bedroom . The bedroom is so comfortable and clean . Unfortunately during my stay , mostly is was raining ,I can see mount Fuji just a bit and mostly it was cloudy.

The price is quite expensive. The breakfast is so little and not enough and finish times is too early finished (latest order at 9.00 on weekday )that is not comfortable for us to wake up so early. The barcony is terible because floor tiles are big area peeling off around 75x75 cm2 moreover my balcony is the area for water pipe line drainage. Imagine the water is flow continuously all the time.

Breakfast was incredible.

There was no room service and no way to get food if you hadn’t pre ordered. This left us without dinner on night one.

The staffs were really helpful, especially Mr. Bishal, who speaks really good English and showed his professionalism when helping me to communicate with the car rental company, thank you Mr. Bishal. 2. The room is big and clean,, so is the bathroom. 3. The view is specular - full Mount Fuji view. My room has a balcony, with a table and 2 chairs, I can sit there enjoying the beautiful Mount Fuji view with a cup of tea in my hand, what more can I ask for? 4. If you have a car, the location is superb. It was built on a hillside a few minutes drive from the city, where you can find restaurants, convenient stores, Gotemba Premium Outlet is only 8 minutes drive away.

Clean, spacious, open hotel layout and design. Rooms are well insulated so it's great for kids. Self laundry room available 24hours. Views of Mount Fuji in rooms and lobby. We stayed in the family room with tatami mats and modern beds. An excellent way to experience a bit of japanese tradition and kids got to wear the yukata in the room.

Restaurant dinner option is fine dinning so not child friendly. For alternate eating places, you'll need to catch a cab into town. Estimate about $14US to Gotemba station area where there are restaurants in walking distance.
