We had a great stay in the Hakone Sengokuhara Prince Hotel! Our room wasn't even the most expensive and yet it was super fancy, very big, and with views of the mountains. Everything was so peaceful and cozy! We also got a very nice breakfast with incredible views. On our way back, the hotel provided a shuttle for free that took us to the station so that was super appreciated! We loved it!

You need to walk a little bit from the bus stop to the hotel. Nothing dramatic, just a 10 min walk, but it was a bit tiring because we were carrying our luggage.

The location is quite isolated with no many options for dining. The hotel offers what it looks like a really nice menu but it's pricey to our standards. Also the breakfast seemed pricey. It's just a pity because maybe with better rates you could do a beautiful all in!

Beautiful hotel and surrounding. The room was immaculate. The welcoming staff are so outstanding. The beautiful girl escorted us to our room while pushing all our luggage in the cart. The young boy at the reception desk helped me arrange my travel itinerary for the day which was exceptionally helpful. Thank you so much my friend .The shuttle bus service was a life saver.

We didn’t know that we could call for the shuttle bus to come and pick us up from the closest bus stop. We literally walked our way to the hotel which was a tiring uphill workout with few heavy luggage.

The views are extraordinary. The breakfast were delicious. The room was cozy with high quality bedding and a wonderful view. The onsen was lovely. The staff was so attentive, friendly and pleasant! We were very comfortable. The shuttle also makes this location incredibly convenient. Highly recommended.

It's a 10 minute walk to the bus, and hilly, so people with mobility issues should be aware. However, they have an on demand shuttle to the bus stop, so you can take advantage of that! We enjoyed the walk and honestly loved everything about our stay here.

The facilities and breakfast are great. Beds are comfy and the scenery is very nice (we have garden view).

We need to do reservations a few days ahead of our arrival date so that the bus will wait for us at Odawara station. We have to walk about 600m from bus stop to hotel. Unless, you have international line that can call their reception to pick you up at the bus stop.

A beautiful hotel. Courtesy coach available for transfer from Odawara station and t visit the lake and all the amazing activities. Stunning scenery. Staff excellent and extremely polite. Buffet breakfast has amazing variety (both Asian and Western. Room overlooks beautiful and busy golf course.

The restaurant was very expensive and the food wasn’t all that (my main course was pretty bland and my husband received the wrong side-dish, which didn’t get rectified).

isolated, hotel staff couldn't help much in regard where to go and what to see around, no near restaurants so we had to eat in mostly since we didn't have a car

Amazing views and facilities! The staff were friendly and very accomodating. We had missed the free shuttle transfer from Odawara and had to take the local bus but they offered to pick us up from the bus station as it was a hilly 10 minute walk with heavy suitcases
