Quite near to train station and a big supermarket is nearby, very accessible love the complimentary rice or udon with curry. The reception staff that attended to me is very very very helpful and polite, thank you, sorry i forgot her name but i pen it in the other survey. I tried the japanese style room (1night) and western style (1 night), both very pleasant and clean. The only thing is the Onsen is only for male….hope you’ll can factor for female in future when more females travel.

Room was slightly small but it was clean and cozy. Parking was plenty even though requires a short walk. Staff were friendly and able to converse in English. There is also a public bath for men. View was the best as we were able to see Fuji from the main entrance.

Toilet was bit old and rusty on certain parts and the room have a 'interesting' smell but they do provided air freshener. Other than that, it was great overall.

Free dinner - we love the curry rice and udon. Also, the toiletries are very good. Service robe. Conditioners and shampoos are as good as bath showers. The view is spectacular. The kitchen staff are so great.

Some staff cannot speak and understand English, especially the ladies. They should be paired with English-speaking staff.

Great location and great value for money. Curry and Rice on the house was very nice and more than expected. I arrived at night and worked all through the next somewhat cloudy day. I was pleasantly surprised to look out the window the second day I see Mt Fuji and clear as day right from my room.

Spacious room, helpful stuff, located max. 10 minutes walk from the JR station.

Some of the facilities seem a bit old-ish, maybe... Also frankly, the stay is not cheap (while the room was big I would welcome something more compact for a lower price).

Great location and view of Mt Fuji. The breakfast and dinner were delicious too.

the hotel was nice and clean. the staff was friendly and knew good english. there was an indoor public bath that was really nice and also privet bathes.

I found it odd that one of my family members did not have a pillow. When I asked for one pillow at the front desk, they said they did not have any pillows at all. I had to use a folded blanket for my son's pillow.

The staff were friendly and try very hard to speak English, something I very appreciated. Also, like the Japanese. Style room.

The building is millions years old, and the public bath is only for men, although the price is the same.
