Daiwa Roynet Hotel Yokohama-Koen

Very good breakfast, exceeding expectations of listed Continental breakfast. Excellent location, near metro and 15 minute walk to airport accessible limo bus stop at cost of less than $6.00. Convenience store on site and supermarket two blocks away, both with ample variety of food, drink (including beer, wine, spirits). Plenty of minor extras, like hygienic products. Walking distance (15 plus or minus minutes) to many attractions. Chinatown -- a must visit - is only five-minute walk away with ample food establishments. Two PM starts check-in. Secured area for bags if one arrives early or leaves late.

No gym or pool on site.

All the locations I wanted to visit were easily accessible from the hotel. The room was very clean and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt safe because security was good.I will probably stay there again.

The breakfast service was really slow and seemed to be understaffed. Most of the food was cold and oily. It was too heavy for my taste. On my next stay, I will not use this restaurant again. I felt the restaurant did not meet the standards of the hotel.

So clean, convenient, and easy to access any tourist location. The receptionist was Polite and courteous and can communicate with English-speaking customers. Breakfast is excellent. It seems the hotel is newly renovated. The price and location are a must-stay hotel. Highly recommended. You will also get 10% off with Booking.com. They even provided an umbrella for us as it was raining 🌧 this afternoon.

Very good location, we were facing the stadium. Right next to Chinatown and has plenty of conbinis and train station connections not too far away. Entrance was a little confusing but if you enter the building, continue straight then go through the doors directly ahead. Go around the corner and there will be elevators to the lobby.

The hotel is in a convenient location central for entertainment, sports and Chinatown. Parking is adequate if a little limited, though there is ample public parking nearby when the hotel spaces fill up. Owners of larger cars and high roof minivans will have problems though.

The rooms are smaller than average and the beds quite hard.

The location was near Chinatown. This is my second time staying and i love staying here. Kobini was the open 24hrs on the ground floor. Lots of places to eat. There is a big park in front of the hotel where you can sit down and enjoy the view along with the Yokohama DeNA Baystars baseball stadium.

Gods location, walking distance from cruise terminal, across from baseball stadium. Easy to walk to many nice sights & actiites. A few blocs from Chinatown. We’ll equipped room, excellent breakfast

Small room but packed with amenities

I was surprised to see the rooms were very spacious! Big bathroom space and desk area! they provide towels, skin care products and even a massage pillow which I needed to so much from traveling a ton! It was super relaxing and I enjoyed it very much!

Very convenient, lots of amenities. More spacious than the average business hotel in Japan. Quiet but easy to get to many good tourist spots.

Everything was fine. I wish breakfast had been included but there were a few good cafes with morning sets that made up for it

location close to 100's restaurants in China town 2 blocks away.. Trains are 5-10 min walk.. area is very quiet and clean

rooms are small, No View receptions on the 3rd floor.. cant tell where the reception is from the lobby. The building shares space with other businesses
