The location was great, the staff was kind and exceptional, probably the best staff I’ve ever had in all Japan, the breakfast was delicious and the room felt brand new, it was always clean and the bed was spacious and comfortable. I will definitely come back to this hotel in every future trip to Japan from now on. Thank you so much for everything.

This is NOT related to the property, but if you’re looking for a coin laundry they’re a bit far to go walking. Thankfully the hotel staff called us a Taxi every time so it was quite easy to get there.

This is a beautiful hotel. There were 17 of us staying for the night before getting on a cruise ship and we all loved it! The rooms were huge, compared to typical Tokyo hotel rooms, and very comfortable. The hotel lobby was exceptional. It's a short walk to china town, just across the road, and a short stroll to the cruise terminal - ideal if your taking a cruise from Yokohama.

The price of a pint of beer was extortionate. Three beers cost around £45/$55. In the surrounding areas, it would cost around £15/$18. Moral of the story - go and explore for local restaurants and bars, it'll save you a fortune.

The location was in between Nihon-Odori station and Chinatown. It was a convenient walk from Nihon-Odori station as there are 2 convenient stores along the way. The hotel was new, exceptionally clean and the staff was very attentive to our needs which was great. The rooms were also spacious, clean and comfortable. The equipments such as kettle and cups were also clean and we felt comfortable using them! The hotel is also a short walk away to Yamashita Park which had a great view of the bay/harbour.

The hotel is modern, clean, and quiet. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast had many options and the food is delicious. The room we stayed in was spacious. had three beds and nice decor, and was cleaned and organized very well each day. I also like the way the bathroom is set up with the toilet separate from the sink and bathing areas, and you are able to close off the bathroom with sliding doors for privacy.

I have no complaints. I like this hotel very much.

I used to work in the hotel industry and i am very picky about my rooms. This hotel has exceeded my expectations. Your room attendant’s attention to detail has blown my mind off. Extremely clean and spacious room with top quality beddings and bathroom.

The staff were amazing; they had everything covered and made us feel so comfortable and welcome. The room was spacious; it was quiet and well appointed. The hotel pyjamas were cosy. The shower and bath were fantastic - the hotel included bathing salts in the toiletries selection. The beds were great. The hotel is well positioned; within walking distance is the Yokohama Stadium, Chinatown, Yokohama Bay and the Red Brick Warehouse.

We stayed only for one night, which was not long enough. We could not fault the hotel.

Loved the fact that the reception was scented. Everytime we came back we were greeted with a nice smell. Tried to ask hotel if it was something we could buy but unfortunately no! Service was top notch. Breakfast spread was pretty decent! Park was nearby so could go for walks with family!

Was located a slight distance away from the train station, and doesn't have a direct shuttle bus to airport.

Aloha... The breakfast buffet was wonderful. I enjoyed the various types of food items. It would be nicer if there was a special stand to provide fresh cooked omelette... like the Hyatt Regency in Waikiki. Aside from breakfast, I need to add that we had the "best pizza" at the bar, the night before! So delicious!!!

It was all good. There was nothing about the breakfast buffet that I didnʻt like. Because of our schedule, we were pressed for time, but if we werenʻt it would have been better.

Breakfast was excellent! Many japanese and western options. The underground station is nearby. The room was large, comfortable and modern. The bed was brilliant. Such a good sleep.

The reception staff in a 5 star hotel should have a higher standard of English. There were some communication difficulties with simple questions. This is only a minor issue. The hotel is brilliant, and we would be delighted to return.

Excellent hotel (says 4 star, but 5 star in my view), great location only 5 minutes walk from Chinatown and 3 minutes from Yamashita Park. Excellent breakfast. I took 9 staff on a company trip. The hotel is very new. I would recommend getting a room with a view of the harbor/bridge - only Y2,000-3,000 more - but well worth it. We had breakfast-excellent buffet. Would definitely stay again
