good price for big room .... it's not easy to find this big room and reasonable price. hotel got extra things like microwave and kitchen stuffs for you if you love to cook location is good, however this toei station doesn't accept 24-48-72 hours metro tickets .... i don't know the reason too. you have to use suica or pasmo to pay separately or if you have jr pass then you can walk 900 meters from nishi-nippori station if you walk from nishi-nippori -- you will see popular noodle shop ... people crazily queue up for it ... it's cheap and big bowl

room is a little cold if you stay next to window ....so u have to stay away from window .... heater works fine in the room ... just accept the window area

I chose this property as it was close to a train station which was only to stops from Nippori station as I was leaving Tokyo for Narita via the Kesei Skyliner. The room was large for Tokyo and we had space to organise our luggage before our trip home. While the facilities are few the staff were friendly and even brought our luggage which we had sent from a prior hotel into our room. FYI none of the previous hotels had done it for us.

Not much facilities and not many restaurants or kombini nearby.

High cost performance value for a nice single room in Tokyo, you have basically everything you need in the room.Staff are all very nice.

The hotel is fairly well located, but it still takes time to access those main attractions and central districts. You either need to take the Toneri Linear(a somewhat minor/niche public transit line serving local region that tourists are unlikely to go) to Nippori station and transfer to other train or walk for 20 minutes to the nearest train/subway station.

the room is excellent, clean and comfortable,the private bathroom is very convenient. we loved our stay at this hotel couldn’t ask for anything more with the room.

location is not the best, it is located about 15 minute walk to the train station, which is not too bad however the area itself is quite bare and industrial, but this isn’t much of an issue as it’s good value for money and the train is still accessible to reach other areas of Tokyo if you’re up for a walk

Staff were very friendly and the laundrette was very convenient! Love the quiet area, and the closeness to the train station, making it easy to travel to the Shinjuku/ Shibuya area and to Narita Airport!

The rooms are a little small, but good enough for a stay!

Room spacious and the bathroom is dry wet separate . Room have provided small fridge. And the hotel will well equipped facility. Location is near by mrt station，is convenient and quiet area

Very spacious, quiet and bright room, helpful and kind staff. Location is 4 min. walk to the station Akadoshogakkomae, there are some supermarkets and drugstores nearby.

I wish there were more amenities, like face cream etc. and daily cleaning.

I like that the property is affordable and that amenities are complete. They have washing machine area but you need to pay. They have shared kitchen, vending machine for foods and drinks when you’re hungry and thirsty.

The first room they gave me had a problem with air pressure so I always hear a noise (like water dropping from the AC) so they transferred me.
