Spacious place, 2 seperate bedrooms. Washing machine. Location is near train station, about 3 minute walk. Convenient stores (Lawson & 7-11 close by), grocery stores, restaurants walking distance. Had a vending machine in the entrance area. Fresh towels given if needed. We were able to forward our luggages to our room.

Washing machine made loud noises, but worked. No dryer, had to hang clothes outside the balcony. I think new pillows are needed, the pillows were small for my liking. The place is by the street, so you can hear cars passby, esp at bedtime. Water pressure is low but there is warm water.

1) Communication and service was so prompt - we were out of toilet paper and Takamura-san immediately hand delivered us several rolls that evening. Same with our microwave not working. Super accommodating! 2) Close to two stations, several bus stops, and the Toden Arakawa tram! 3) Despite not having a staffed reception, they also agreed to receive our takuhaibin from Kyoto. Our luggage was waiting in our room when we arrived a few days later!

1) More hangers for our laundry! There were only five in our apartment. 2) Some wall hangers would have been very helpful. We had to hang our towels on the back of the single office chair and otherwise dump our raincoats in the cupboard.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. The convenience of a walking distance train station made exploring the city a breeze. Mikawashima train station (JR) is 450m from the hotel, meanwhile Machiya underground station- subway is within 10 minutes walk. Having 2 supermarkets located next to the hotel was a pleasant surprise, especially the halal supermarket on the right side. Even next to the Mikawashima station, there are a few supermarkets including AEON supermarket. The staff was very attentive and helpful, we arrived at 1pm and surprisingly we were allowed to check in early. The best part was during check out at 10am, we were told by the admin staff to leave our luggage ( we have 7 check-in bags with 2 hand carry bags) in the room. They helped to bring down all our luggage to the lobby when our airport transfer arrived in the evening. Highly recommend for a hassle free and well-located experience.

The water heater sometimes not working properly, we got to off and off the switch for a few times.

it’s a 5 min walk to two stations and bus line runs outside. there is a grocery store 2 min walk away, as well as nearby convenience stores. friendly safe neighborhood.

the halls are pretty dank, the carpet needs replacing (smells). check out is 10 am leaving little time to eat breakfast, pack and do a decent clean before leaving. we always prefer the 11am check out locations. the signage i. the hotel says it’s 11am check out- which is confusing. the e extended our stay and we’re double charged for a cleaning fee- even though it will only be cleaned once.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Randor Residence Tokyo Classic. It is very spacious with lots of room for a family of 5. The place is clean and fully stocked with everything you need, staff are very responsive, and close to a supermarket, convenience stores, and restaurants. Good location, just a few minutes away from two stations and 25 minutes from Ueno.

Missing a dryer, full body mirror, and limited kitchen utensils like knives and scissors.

The location was excellent. A short walk to Mikawashima Station, a good starting point for most attractions. We saw only one staff member during our 9 day stay, on our 1st day, and he was very helpful. We were able to leave our luggage prior to checking in. Our apartment was 2 bedrooms and a kitchen/lounge area which was perfectly comfortable for 3 adults.

Our rooms overlooked the main road so was quite noisy with traffic most mornings and nights - so be aware. Would definitely still recommend staying here though.

This apartment hotel is perfect for familly as we came with four adults and a kid. It has two bedroom and a living room where easy for us to communicate. The kitchen includes the basic tools for cooking and washing machine, those very convenient for us. This place is just a walking distance from the JR Mikawashima station and metro. It is near to e-mart as well. The room is clean and pleasant to stay.

The living room is big and spacious. From the 2 bedrooms, one is bigger and one smaller. There is closet space big enough to store big suitcases. The bathroom is big, and split into 3 rooms: one with the shower, one with the toilet, and one with the sink and washing machine. When we arrived, the self checkin process did not work for us, so we had to call them. You can access the internet from the hallway (although it did not help us much). There are several convenience stores nearby. Also there is a pastry shop near the train station that sells beautiful and tasty sweets. There is a bus station and a train station nearby. It's one stop from Yamanote line. Without changing trains, you can get to Ueno and, with some trains, even to Tokyo station. The internet connection is pretty good. In the whole time we stayed there we never saw anyone at the reception, we only saw the cleaning crew a few times.

As others have said, it's not the cleanest. There was hair in the bathroom drain and dust on the air conditioning vents. The balcony is kind of unusable since it was mostly occupied by the 2 air conditioner compressors.

I stayed here with my family (couple, two children 10 and 13 years, and my mother-in-law). It´s near JR Mikawashima Station (350m, 5 min walking). No problem in carrying our luggage. Easy to find the building. Large apartment (two rooms, integrated kitchen and tv room). Very clean. By walking just few steps, there is a nice supermarket (not convenience store, a real supermarket!) We liked this place!!!

Comparared to other areas in Tokyo, there are few restaurants near the apartament. But if you walk to Mikawashima Station, there are more options. But, it was not a negative point.

Two train stations, grocery stores and safe neighbourhood. So conveniently located. The kitchen, rooms and laundry areas were just nice for our family of four adults.

Checking in was difficult. We had to use our mobile phone to call the management and that call cost amounts to one day rent on roaming international call rate. But good thing the management let us check in earlier at 10am. We are really thankful for their kind consideration.
