The sleeping berths were big, specious and clean. The futons were comfy. There was a very big spacious common space in the basement.

All the showers for the first floor were also n the basement. And it was a bit of a trek to get there and back to your room.

Check in time untill only 11 o clock, no help if you get late, May you have stay in other hotel or on road if you come late. Arrange 1 staff for emergency or provide temporary accommodation for late commers

Friendly, helpful staff. Nice lounge area with a tatami section and free coffee/hot water. Good restaurants and other amenities in the neighborhood. The neighborhood itself is a nice quiet refuge from the noise of central Tokyo.

The cubicles are cramped so it's hard to move around in them without bumping into the walls. They're also not so sturdily constructed so you will hear your bunkmate rolling around/bumping into the walls. Curtains have gaps at the top and don't shut out the light. The location is a bit far out, though there is a suburban train station nearby. Lots of stairs.

Very well cleaned and maintained. Great basement common area/chill area. Rooftop is a nice outdoor space to have. Staff are nice and professional. Location is great, a little bit outside the main areas of shibuya/shinjuku but all easily accessible by train, and in a much more peaceful and quiet area which is perfect to escape the chaos. Overall great place, would stay again.

Stayed in 10 person dorm. Slightly cramped and sometimes didn’t smell great but not the hostels the fault. It was cleaned daily and had aircon and a big window so it was okay really.

It is located in a quiet area, but very beautiful whatsoever. I found that quite comforting especially when most of the popular visiting areas are so busy and sometimes overwhelming. The staff is nice and let me store my bag before the check in. I think you're getting as much as you can get for the amount you pay.

The location can be difficult for people that want to stay in the more popular areas. Although very close to the train station and only a few stops away from Ikebukuro, it still takes quite a lot of time to go around, as opposed to somewhere more central like Shinjuku.

The bed is comfortable, and the room is big. The location is nice (4 minutes walk from the station, but a bit far from Tokyo center), the staffs are friendly (I finally made my first friends in Japan). Really big longue, easy to make friends, usually available on Booking (maybe because it’s not close to tourist spots), so it’s easy to extend the booking.

There’s no elevator, so people with heavy luggage can’t easily get the luggage upstairs. Most people leave their luggage at the first floor. It’s not close to center of Tokyo, so it’s takes quite a long time to go to tourist spots.

There was free coffee. The common area was big and spacious. The sleeping area was clean. There were many restaurants and convenience stores around the area. The staff was friendly. They gave us free sake on New Year's Eve.

The staff's behavior was very friendly and respectful, the hostel was very clean, the kitchen was large and well-equipped, and the daily cleaning was excellent. The distance from the hostel to the train was 3 minutes.

Just because our room was on the third floor and the kitchen was in the basement, the number of stairs for each trip was a lot.

It was very comfortable. It was a perfect place to work because the wifi was really good and i didnt have any issues while working there. The location has a lot of small japanese restaurants which i enjoyed ☺️ they have complete toiletries so nothing to worry if you forgot to bring your own. Thanks to the staff for being helpful!

The place is super clean and comfortable, there is free good coffee and place to set.

The location is far from the city, and the train stop early so if you want to be out at night prepared yourself to stay out all night until the first train. But the hostel is 2 min walk from the station which is great.
