Great value for money. The location is quite good - It is a 5 minute walk from the station and there are many stores and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are clean and the staff were very helpful. I liked that they had facilities for everything. A random bonus I noticed is that the elevators are also super fast. I would definitely return again.

The room and bathroom is a bit small so some people may have issues with this. Only 1 person will fit in the bathroom. And although the location is good, it is a bit further out from the city center so expect to always take at least 2 trains to reach other touristy areas.

Excellent hotel for its money, polite staff, excellent soundproofing. I was provided with two adapters for European plugs, and the room had all the facilities in good condition (hair dryer, microwave, etc.). Soft bed, very warm blanket.

I think the whole hotel needs a renovation or just a general cleaning. If you look up, you will see spiders above the main entrance canopy (I am very afraid of them). Also, painting the walls and dusting hard-to-reach places would be a great idea.

Some noisy neighbours.

The hotel was a great choice for our vacation. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. We especially loved the delicious breakfast spread every morning. The location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience.

The location is good for getting into the city and the staff while they have only limited English were always polite and helpful.

While it is a budget option I would have appreciated a change of bed linen after 7 or 14 days instead of having to wash myself or pay for a change

Very affordable and big room, with lots of facilities. Location is a bit outside of Tokyo, so two trains will need to be taken, but overall a very good location. Not that noisy, and the train lines are very close and efficient so we didn't feel like it was too bad going into town.

Everything was good other than the pillows. The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable, so sleep was not the best for someone like me (who is sensitive to such), otherwise no complaints.

It is near a station, so it’s easy to move around. I also liked the neighborhood. The room and common areas were clean and tidy, and the staff was nice and helpful (I arrived there after the reception closing time, I wrote in advance and they let me know how to contact them upon arrival to check-in, all very quick and simple). The place was overall comfortable and nice, good value for money.

I always enjoy staying here. The area is very nice and it’s close to Ikebukuro which is convenient. As a solo traveler the room size is perfectly fine. The staff is always helpful.

It’s not a big deal but I don’t remember seeing a money exchange machine. If I want to do laundry after the front desk closes and I don’t have any coins it’s a bit difficult to go exchange it but it’s a very minor detail.

I have stayed multiple times at this apartment complex aka hotel. It is very basic but with a full-style Japanese kitchen and all what you need (pans, hotplate etc). Close to two train stations and many izakaya, ramen shops, and other restaurants.

Some of the rooms are a but run-down, and need some upkeep for sure. It would be great if the rooms were updated a bit, just like the other Flexstay Inns.
