Location very convenient very close to station , all the stores we wanted to shop are close by.

Room a bit small no space for luggage. No airport limousine to hotel. They will start in Sept to charge for luggage stored at hotel after check out.

Great location, 3mins walk to kamata JR station. Family Mart just around the corner and there is a 24 hrs Donki store nearby

Only two washer and dryer in the hotel and have to wait for long time to do laundry at night. And the dryer is not strong enough. Put 300yen (3 times, 90mins still not able to completely dry my clothes. But is good can check the laundry status at TV

The hotel was conveniently located near 2 train stations - a JR Line and a direct line to Haneda Airport. There were lots of restaurants around the hotel, as well as a Family Mart and 7-11. The room was always clean and new towels were provided every day. The bathroom was a decent size. The reception staff were incredibly friendly!

The room that we stayed in was too small for 2 adults. The bed was tucked against a wall and we couldn't fully open our suitcases inside the room. It is a little out of the way - expect to spend around 40 minutes getting to Shinjuku by train.

The proximity to the train station couldn’t be better! We had a little difficulties getting there initially, but once a kind local showed us the tunnel you go under - we were golden. Later we found there is another route, just as easy! The room is small, yet we spent so little time in there it did not impact our comfort. The beds and pillows are hard, but we prefer this - we had lovely sleep! The bathroom is great: toilet is separate from the shower and sink. The amenities are a plenty: toothbrush, pajamas, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and many many more for you to take before you head to your room.

The washer and dryer would get busy - we would track it on the TV, it would say free, yet when we would go down they would be occupied. The hours the onsen would be open were limited for the time we were at the hotel, so we were unable to use it.

This is an exceptionally good quality/money hotel. Located near the station (5 min walk), a clean common space and a self-check-in / check-out option are available. The room was big with a podium bed, which gave an extra space underneath for luggage or shoes. The toilet is separated from the shower room. And if you miss a bath, there is a public bath available. In the room, you can find kettles with tea and coffee, which is nice if you and your partner have different drinks of choice. Overall, this hotel has everything and beyond for a comfortable stay, and I'm looking forward to trying another hotel from their chain in some other place.

If you have a Chromecast, plug it in when the tv is inbuild to the wall wood panel is a tough task. Probably some extension would be nice to have there.

close proximity to the station. The property was cozy and clean. Even though you could see the train station below you, the sound (from the train station) wasn't bothering me. Maybe because I was on a higher floor, but I could enjoy my privacy.

If I had to write something negative, that would be the room size. It was a bit too small, I could barely open the suitcase (hand carry size) not a full size suitcase, so that was the only hassle, but apart from that, everything was great

The location is great. Very close to the train station. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes and izakaya.

The room was small. There are 2 public baths, but one of them was under renovation. So the bath alternated between male and female depending on the time of the day. The renovation will be finished in the end of January.

Location and surrounding development. There are many choices for food. Train line is direct to Tokyo and Yokohama. There is a direct bus to airport from Kamata Station. It is very convenient, especially if you have a big luggage.

I stay in high floor and corner room. I can hear the train passing by and the station announcement and the music of train approaching from early morning to midnight. It doesn’t interrupt my sleep but for light-sleeper they will suffer.

Located 2 minutes walk from Kamata station, which means you're connected to all lines in Tokyo 30mins. Kamata itself had great restaurants, shopping etc. Amenek had everything we needed.

The rooms are small but compact & have twin beds that we slid together. There is no room for a chair, but they are built into bed platform. Pillows are super hard, bed was comfy.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the train station, near the Haneda Airport, and bath house. My partner and I were able to rest and relax between flights with the bath house, which was a major plus! The area is nice with lots of restaurant options!

The room size was on the small side. We couldn't open both our check-in suitcases at the same time. Luckily they had under bed storage that helped with storing luggage.
