Stylish and modern lobby. Located near a shopping street, easy to find breakfast, convenience stores, and laundromats. During the night, the area is very lively with izakaya and pubs nearby. Many foreign tourists in the hotel, the housekeeping staffs are also westerners, so no need to worry about language barriers. Smoking area provided near the lobby. We booked a 3-bed room and it was the perfect size for our family (2 adults and 1 toddler).

Not too close to the Kamata station, about 7-10 minutes walk. It's closer if you take the South Exit, but unfortunately there are only stairs, no escalators or elevators.

The hotel is very close to the train station, about 4 minutes walk. There's a supermarket nearby, 7/11, Family mart and many shops, cafe and restaurants, the area is great to explore and about 25 minutes by train from the city center. The staff speaks English and were very friendly. The room and bed were comfortable, they will clean the room if you put the sign on the door.

The only downside was the view from the room, we stayed at second floor and had a wall right in front of the window.

The room was very simple but clean and not too small. The bathroom was small as expected for the price but very comfortable with Japanese style tub and shower toilet, and it was very clean and equipped with rich shampoo, conditioner, body soap. Many extra amenities available at the front desk. 24 hour front desk with friendly staff (basic English only) The bed was comfortable and there were pyjamas to use :) Water cooker in the room, free tea and coffee bags at the front desk. Wi-Fi reception was good.

Don’t expect anything fancy. The room had old electrical equipment and furniture, but if you just want to have a relaxing shower and bath and a good sleep after a busy day, the room was perfect for the price.

The breakfast buffet was good. I was expecting the usual cold, stale buffet, but the salad was fresh and the Japanese hot meal was very comforting after my long flight. The staff were always attentive and helpful. The hotel is very close to a transit train station for easy commute. The room was fairly quiet, although the hotel is situated next to a busy road.

The area around the bathroom is tight spaced. With large suitcases, it was hard to access the bathroom.

The room was not too small and everything was really clean! The hotel was walking distance from the train station and had loads of cafes and pubs nearby! We really enjoyed walking around the neighbourhood and felt pretty safe. The staff was helpful and the rooms were cleaned every morning :) I highly recommend staying here.

The location close to the station, local shopping, not tourist shopping and restaurants. I was glad to see a different side of Tokyo.

This area is not really for tourists. For instance, shop keepers were rude to me so I did not purchase anything from them.

Availability of drip coffee 24/7.

There's no need to clean our room every day (I put the sign on the door). I expect a new set of towels and pajamas hang on our door. But no, you have to tell the front desk to get them.

First, I was on budget because of my work so I reserved this hotel because of price, but when I got to front desk and the lady there was so relax and smily, felt good and then when I check in the room I felt I took a good decision, it’s confortable and clean, the train it’s running all day but as soon as closed the window, no noise at all! I’ll recommend Chisun hotel Kamata for sure!!

It was conveniently located near the airport after a late arrival into Haneda and the staff were friendly at 2.30am. It was cheap and comfortable to sleep until we moved to Central Tokyo.

The bed are very firm and the rooms are small.
