Insanely good staff service. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and made us feel welcome. Would rate the hotel 10/10 on service alone. The room was sizeable enough for 2 people with a deep bathtub and high water-pressure shower. ALSO, free laundry!

Unfortunately, our first room had a broken window; however, the staff quickly remedied the situation by attempting to fix the window and quickly relocating us (albeit this slightly being a hassle since we had just finished unpacking). Despite this, I would highly recommend this semi-luxurious yet affordable, and conveniently located hotel for solo travelers, couples, and families-alike, and feel bad for anyone who missed out on such a great hotel opportunity!

Really enjoyed my time at this property. Very close to the train station and didn’t take me more than 40 minutes to get from the airport. To be fair it was my first time using the train so it was a small learning curve. I would stay there again if given the opportunity to.

So many great complimentary facilities. However, when I used the drying machine it took a lot longer than I expected it to dry my clothes compared to when I do with my drying machine in the US so plan accordingly.

Room was very clean and convenient, staff and facilities were absolutely helpful. Room service was very punctual and fast. Never had to worry about coming back to a dirty room/towels/blankets. A great stay overall.

The bathroom had some signs of mold growing but was mostly clean with no strange smells. Lighting inside the bathroom was a little weak but water pressure and all the functions were very strong and working properly.

My room was spacious enough for the money. With the same budget you could only get much smaller rooms at other hotels nearby. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The amenities were good. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is well-kept, clean, and neat. Wifi was strong and stable. The desk was big enough to spread my work stuff, laptop computer, food, and drinks. The hotel is very close to the train station and shopping center. There are many restaurants nearby to choose from. A big grocery store is in front of the hotel. Yet the hotel is very quiet.

The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to Kamata train station with easy access all over the city. There are plenty of good places to eat locally too, including a good Indian restaurant. There’s also a Family Mart and Lawson very close by.

The room doesn’t get stocked with water bottles so make sure to stock up from the local convenience stores.

great location - just a few minutes walk to the KAMATA station. great connection for public transportation. 7-11 and similar shops at a range of 100m. spacious room relative to ther hotels - we choose the largest room available and it was a major decision factor, next to location. They have a FREE laundry room - great feature. staff is friendly.

in all of Japan - they should improve on their English

It was very close to the JR Kamata station and there were connected shopping centres which had almost everything. It's very convenient for families with little children.

Bathroom is standard japanese size which you will get at any hotel in japan.

After being jet lagged from my flight overseas. I left my key card inside the room and a new one was promptly provided with no hassle. On the day of checkout I inquired about location of lockers, they kindly offered to care for my luggage even though I'd already checked out. This allowed me to sightsee, that was a new experience for me especially from a hotel.

The only thing that would of made it a 10/10 would of been if breakfast was provided. Unless I completely missed the option when booking.

Good hotel with nice staff. The twin room was tiny but very clean. Overall experience was good and we appreciated the laundromat and 24/7 reception as we arrived late at night. It takes 30 minutes to get there from Tokio station by train. Be mindful that trains don't operate at night and taxi may be needed.

a bit overpriced but probably because I booked last minute
