Staff are quick to respond to any needs. The stay was very clean and modern. I will stay here for sure next time I visit if I want to go to Disney or away from the big city.

The locks are difficult at first but it makes sense eventually. The only adjustment I would suggest are changes on check in and check out. Check in is at 4 pm when most locations are 2 pm or 3 pm. Check out should be at least at 11 am since check in is much later. That's me being picky.

was able to make a small meal in the kitchen. All needed plates pots cutlery were there.

no staff. no one to ask questions to. check in was really hard. we arrived late in the evening, the doors were locked we did not have the code, because you need to be inside to checkin and get the code. lucky for us there were other guests who helped us get in so we could check in.

The location of RELA HigashiMatsudo is beyond perfect. You are a five minute walk away from the train station, two supermarkets, a pharmacy, multiple restaurants and a 7/11. The rooms themselves were excellent and perfect with everything that one would need. It might take a while but I am looking forward to the next time I come here!

Smaller than expected. Had a family of 4 and felt cramped even though the room was for 7 adults

The pillows were dreadful. Very small and low quality.

The property is conveniently located near the train station and groceries. The place is secure and the room is nice and clean. Highly recommended if you’re arriving from Narita Airport.

at the bathroom, when coming out from the shower, people might fell down because there is no rug/mat provided in the bathroom

Nice and close to train station and grocery store. Very clean and well-equipped apartment. More spacious than I expected for a Japanese apartment. Love the clothes drying function in bathroom!

Close to train,bus station, supermarket, KFC and McDonalds A direct 35mins train ride from Narita Intl Airport. Room are fully equip with basic amenities and abundance of toiletries refill. Self laundry is on site. Quiet neighbourhood.

Super close to the train station directly from Narita airport and to central Tokyo; the room equipped most of the things; and close to supermarkets.

Kitchen utensils, plates and bowls are cheap quality; you can feel and hear the footsteps from upstairs; there is no working space/desk and chair(s).
