The staffs are very polite and answers every questions that we have. Also the amenities & stuff, everything that we need are just there in the room. It offers nice room at a reasonable price & the location is just great since the station & resto/convenience is at walking distance.

We arrived at the location using a personal car but the APA hotel has only 3 parking lot. If there is no available parking, we have to transfer our car to different place’s parking area. thats what I didn't like about it.

Near JR station within walkable distance. 3 stations from Disney. Has everything you might need. Very convenience. Close to car rental shop. Functional in every corners.

Room is quite small (but acceptabel because it is Tokyo) If you plan to go to disney on weekdays, you might have to get on a very crowded train because you will have to use inbound train in the morning and outbound train in the evening.

Locations was good, just 3 mins walk from Nishi-Funabashi station. And the breakfast was good here.

I do not like the way that the room keeper pur the relaceplacements everyday by hanging the bag on the handle of the door. It was not very eco-friendly as i may not need it everyday.

Hotel was all we needed for a two night stay to base ourselves for a quick day trip to Tokyo Disney Sea. Room was small but comfortable. Luggage can fit under the bed. Shower space small but functional. Eateries around the area, few ok Italian places too.

It was a wonderful stay and everyone was friendly and the hotel was very clean. The location was much farther from things that I planned, but I adapted. A great value too.

I wish my hotel was closer to many of the sights that I had wished to visit.

Location was ideal. One minute walk to train station. Convenience stores located close by. Quiet and clean. Everything well maintained.

Check-in was fairly smooth, room and bed was better than expected. Overall a nice hotel and close to the station!

I had a single room and room was hot. Can't change air conditioner setting to cool because of a touch-screen system, so just had to open the window. Other than that was fine.

Great place to stay, fairly close a Shinkansen. Staff were very nice and good room for one. There was a public bath which was great to experience.

The public bath itself was very clean but the changing area was small, and had a lot of loose hair on the floor

Very convenient,near to convenience store,train station and restaurant.This is my second stay and I really enjoying my stay.

So far so good,and I have nothing to say about I didn’t like.

My stay was comfortable. Everyone was pleasant. Although I expected the staff to speak English better for hotel employees.

The walls and ceilings are thin. I could hear my neighbors.
