Fantastic location to train station, supermarket opposite to hotel, all other shops and eateries close by. Staff and housekeeping very friendly and professional.

As I am working while travelling in Japan: 1. WIFI speed is slow and can sometimes disconnect, thus not reliable for business usage. 2. Ethernet LAN port does not work in the room. I tried connect directly from the wall socket also.

Clean room with everything you might need. The room was nicer and a bit bigger than expected. The location is very good if you want to experience the "true" Tokyo. It's close to a shopping and restaurant street where Japanese people go. You have a JR train stop 2 min away and a Lawson right outside.

The reception does not really understand English. It works anyway because much is self-service, but might be difficult if you need help.

It was so private and quiet, yet around everything you could ever need. Around the corner is the train station, there’s several restaurants and food shops within walking distance, and there’s even convenience stores literally across the street from the hotel. Great spot for tourists looking to stay in Japan.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Great room for a solo traveler! It has everything you need, including a little kitchen. Very clean! A lot of amenities available. Great location, very near the station, restaura, 7 eleven, Lawson, etc. They have a lot of washing and drying machines available for 300 yen.

Everything was great.

Great transportation train and subway to downtown, just outside of the station. Very helpful self-check-in system and the staff moved my bag to my room before I checked-in, so very helpful, though they don't really speak English. The room was nice, all equipped with necessary tools and appliance, very quiet and clean, though a bit narrow.

Room and bathroom were great for the price. Location was fine, too - a 2 minute walk to Shin Koiwa station, which was only a 15-minute train ride from Tokyo station. Lots of 24-hour shops and convenience stores nearby. Staff were very friendly too.

Comfortable bed it's self, and warm. Bathroom/shower facilities were lovely. Great water pressure. Staff were helpful and great location.

Little more English translation would have been helpful in room and on how to purchase breakfast
