Good connection to public transport (several bus stations nearby, including nonstop connections to most famous sights; ca. 13 minutes on foot to Miyazaki Station). Bathroom and breakfast area felt a bit more spacious than in comparable hotels. Guests travelling with a laptop and/or other electronic devices will be happy about the many outlets, USB ports, and LAN cable.

Due to being situated in a nightlife district, it was sometimes a bit loud and bright at night. The carpet was heavily stained and there were some spots on a wall and the bathroom ceiling, which made the room feel less clean than it probably was.

The best location, modern and clean room, heated mirror in the bathroom so it didn’t fog up during shower, kind staff, free coffee and tea throughout the day, good internet.

Can hear street music and noises late at night even with soundproof window (no problem for me, just heads up for light sleeper to request quiet rooms and music stops around 2am), staff are very nice but sometimes struggle to understand English, especially on the phone, room could be a little too small if traveling with big luggage.

Though it was a bit far from the station, and it was raining on the day I arrived, it was more or less right next to a Mega Don Quijote. Perfect if you're looking to score some cheap food and snacks. I kind of had to take the taxi to get to my hotel. And back to the station again.

I suppose this is a problem with Miyazaki: it doesn't have any sort of Shinkansen connection. The nearest Shinkansen station is Kagoshima-Chuo.

The staff of the hotel is so nice and helpful during my check-in process. In addition, I had an issue with my online order for something at night and I need to look for a Japanese staff to help asap. The lady staff at front desk was patiently and carefully looking into my request and finally sorted out my question successfully. Thank you very much for your great help indeed!

Family room with Twin Bed was huge compare Hakata Fukuoka, normal breakfast. Check in was fast, surrounding with nice and delicious restaurant. Pillow and mattress was comfort. Hotel was 2 star rate at Google Map but personally think at least 3-3.5 stars. All quite new.

No Parking at side. Need park at near building 2F, a bit confuse where to park.

There is less amenity. They only provide the basic ones, such as pajamas, tooth brushes and razors It's quite a distance from the main train station

It is very convenient near the walking street with many eateries. Room is spacious with 2 big beds. Good breakfast with a lot food to eat. Staff is polite n helpful. Value for money.

The pillow is of funny shape n very low but I asked for additional one.

Small but clean rooms. Convenient location, diagonally across from a Don Quijote which opened late. It was also located near a sheltered shopping belt. Very convenient for food and shopping.

No free parking. The parking lots available were very limited, and we had to park at the Don Quijote building across the road.

Hotel is near a street mall with lots of food and stores. It is within walking distance to the train station. Room amenities are good and there is a free flow of beverages throughout the day at the dining room.

Not all the staff understood English to be able to communicate and answer queries.

Comfort Hotel is now my preferred hotel chain in Japan, this is second time in an hotel from same chain and again it exceed our expectation. Amazing value for money: good location close to many restaurants, clean and functional rooms, nice breakfast (not exceptional but good enough with decent choices for both japanese and western taste), this hotel in particular is brand new and bathroom are very modern. Hotel has also laundry (again brand new machines! ultra efficient) which is very convenient for a family like us travelling in Kyushu.

Hotel does not have parking in the premises, they rely on external parking. We opted for one nearby, attached to DonQuixote. Price was fair, but getting in and getting out was a bit uncomfortable (i mean access by foot, not with the car, as you need to go through an another hotel)
