1. The room was quite spacious, considering that we asked to prepare 3 full-sized beds in the room. 2. I loved that the bus we took from Hakata Station dropped us off directly to the hotel. 3. The hotel is conveniently located - just walking distance from AMU Plaza where there are so many shops and restaurants to go to. There's Beard Papa, McDonalds, a convenience store just downstairs, a supermarket, the bus/train ticketing office, taxi stands. 4. Just a few meters away is the terminal where a shuttle bus will take you to Aeon Mall every 20-30 minutes. So great! 5. The hotel also has a room on each floor which contains a vending machine of drinks and snacks, a microwave oven, a convection oven, and a clothes washer and dryer! I also liked that the tap water is potable. We did not need to buy drinking water. 6. The hotel staff were very accommodating. We checked out at 11 am, but we could not leave until 2 pm. So, they allowed us to keep our luggages (7 pieces!) in a room behind the front desk! I highly recommend this hotel. In fact, I will definitely stay in this hotel again!

I didn't like that we stayed for only 2 nights. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Our corner room at this hotel was quite large and nice; not luxurious, but lots of room to move around in and relax after a long day of driving. It was a bit confusing at first, but the hotel is right next to the car rental return, which made it very convenient for us to return our car. The train station was an easy walk from the hotel the next morning. The room was vey clean and the breakfast the next morning was good. We enjoyed a nice dinner that night at an izakaya in the same building, just a few floors down from the hotel.

Super convenient,, just right by the station. Downstairs many food and shop options, can quickly get meals and souvenirs before leaving. Breakfast was plenty of options too, with local delicacies oh and I liked the wide table which could fit many things 😁

Nothing major, just that the clothes hanger and bathroom space for toiletries a bit tight but since I'm there only few days it's not really an issue.

Insufficient English information in the hotel premises, eg. the coffee machine at breakfast has no English translation, and I had to press every button to find out what coffee there was. Hotel would be perfect if it is more English user-friendly.

Very nice hotel at a convenient location. Unfortunately we were just in and out but the most stand-out point was the level of service provided. Staff were attentive and very helpful. Rooms were great.

Great location next to JR Miyazaki station . Close to shopping and restaurants. 15 minute Walking distance to many areas of Miyazaki. Large comfortable room . Large shower. Good views of the city . Staff was wonderful .

The twin room is spacious and we always relax while staying there. Their self-served amenity selection at their reception is a good idea. Their shower room is clean and has a big bathtub which is very nice.

The hotel did not prepare the correct size for the roomwear and we had to run downstairs to the reception to get them.

As far as location is concerned, it truly doesn't get any better than this. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the view from the hotel (13th floor) is pretty amazing.

Rooms are a bit old and have a musty smell to them which probably indicates the age of the interior/furniture. There were also some dirt stains on the bed frame.
