The chepest hotel (not include hen na hotel) of Huis ten bosch. Even it is quite far from train station, u can use free baggage delivery service in front of the park entrance to transfer you baggage to the hotel and u can enjoy the park whole day with no concern about ur luggage. There is shuttle bus from the hotel to station which no need park ticket. In my case, i have to check out and go to the station early because of early train (before the first round of shuttle bus), hotel staff help me by calling the taxi with no extra charge to send me to the park entrace. How lovely! Room and breakfast is also great!

A wonderful place, full of old-world charm and luxury. A huge room, especially for Japan. I had a corner room, which meant that I could see the harbor as well as the amusement park. Lots of nice extras, including free use of the onsen, which has jacuzzis and a rotemburo as well as the usual indoor bath. Excellent and extensive breakfast; be sure to try the homemade tofu. Located right between Harbor Town and the Palace, with a handy shuttle bus service. Expensive, but well worth it.

The faucet in the bathtub was dripping and wouldn’t stop. Expensive.

I like that it’s inside the park. My room has nice view of the harbor. Staff are helpful and they helped me go back to JR station early in the morning when the bus shuttle service has not started yet. They also assisted me in arranging Yamato service for my luggage to the next location so I won’t be carrying it when switching trains as I explore Nagasaki area going to Peace Park. Free ticket to onsen.

Some staff don’t speak english well. It’s not easy to go inside the hotel for the first time because it’s a long walk and you need to ride the shuttle. I hear noise (voice and knocking sound) at night. Not sure if it was from my neighbor. If yes, then the rooms are not soundproof. On my first night, I was waiting for the free shuttle to onsen and the staff told me to just sit and wait. I've been waiting for 15 minutes already and has not been called to ride the shuttle. (Looks like the shuttle already passed by an I was left inside, so they just sent me to the onsen when I told them I'm not willing to wait any longer.

A beautiful hotel full of European charm. The room was huge, with all the amenities, and there was even an extra-large bath. I had a room with a harbor view, so I could watch the sunrise. It’s right on the grounds of Huis ten Bosch, so when you’re done with the park you just walk through Harbor Town and you’re there. There is a shuttle bus that will take you between the hotel and the main entrance to the park (a five minute walk from the train station). There is also a baggage service so you can leave your big bags and they will take them to the hotel for free. That way you don’t have to haul them around the park or spend money on a coin locker. The buffet breakfast was included, and was very good, with a large selection. It was served in the room overlooking the harbor. The staff were very helpful, and they can speak English if your Japanese isn’t so good. A wonderful place, and I was really sad to leave. I would like to return again, this time for two nights.

Nothing to complain about. I don’t normally spend this much money, but it was absolutely worth every yen.

It was beautiful on both the inside and outside. It is also one of the more affordable hotels with access to Huis Ten Bosch. My sister and I absolutely loved the room we stayed in. We wish we could have stayed longer! It had a gorgeous view of Huis Ten Bosch, which looked especially beautiful at night. The room reminded me of a cozy, European vintage room, like something I might find at my Grandma’s.

My sister and I found it quite difficult to get to, and we ended up having to walk a long time. We couldn’t figure out where the shuttle bus for this hotel left from. Some more directions around where to catch the shuttle bus from would be wonderful.

I loved the view! I stayed during golden week and they had an amazing firework show right at the harbour!! It was so magical and my wife really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were spacious and loved the water pressure in the shower with a nice big tub when we wanted to bathe. Super convenient entering park. FYI, entry to theme park is additional and not included with stay.

I understand it based on European hotels but some things did look a bit out dated or maybe it was intentional.

We had a wonderful trip this time.The special thing was that we left our water bottle and sunglasses on the front desk,the hotel sent us an email ,we had return to the train station and took jr back right away~the person from the hotel sent our stuffs to the station,we met their.Really appreciate about this.And the view from the hotel is really really nice!All the stuffs in the bathroom are really high quality! Awesome!

The location, the receptionists, the view

Breakfast staff guy could have chosen a better wording when informing guests about breakfast prices. His English also was confusing. But other than that the other staff were very polite, helpful and friendly.

The facilities were absolutely gorgeous, and the atmosphere was great! The beds are very hard, but we didn't have any trouble sleeping after walking around Huis Ten Bosch all day. The staff are very kind, and the location is fantastic.

The room was a bit dim after the sun set. Also, the view from the room heavily varies depending on what side you're on. It was a bit pricey; but that kind of can't be helped given the location and attachment to a theme park.

It is technically outside of the theme park, so we didn’t have to purchase a ticket to the theme park to stay there on our first day. We enjoyed a beautiful view of the harbor and the theme park from our room. The staff is well trained, polite and helpful. The facility shows some age but is well maintained and clean. We had a fantastic stay!

Perhaps room furniture and elevators need a little freshening.
