Overall, the hotel looked good in appearance, the room was small but that's to be expected in Japan unless you pay ¥¥¥¥ yen. It was value for money. It was conveniently located to trains and buses and some smaller restaurants and handy convenience shops. The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.

My room was facing west, and although it's late autumn, the heat from the sun made the room hot, even with the air-conditioning on it was still hot. When I arrived, there were 4 staff members talking, but it took almost 5 minutes before someone attended to signing me in. I paid for breakfast, which was okay, but it was the same menu for the 4 mornings.

i enjoyed the bed and being able to get a smoking room. as a smoker this was a big reason why i chose here. my friends left me so the hotel stay was nice

i wish i knew about the massages prior to checking out when i was checking the hotel information book. luckily i had a translation app on my phone to figure out

very affordable and clean! You could tell that the room had been updated in some aspects (wallpaper, mounted flat screen tv). The bed was so comfortable! Also it was very close to the bus depot and train station and about a 25 minutes walk from the naval base.

Bed needed more pillows and still some updating could be done to some of the room’s amenities.

What I like about this hotel is its location and the room. The bus station where we dropped off is within the vicinity of this hotel. Their room bed is comfortable unlike other hotels we stayed around sasebo, their rooms are clean, amenities are great! On the top of that, I have requested some stuff like coffee and the staff are nice enough to respond to it. So, overall this hotel has been our choice and the place we’ve been staying whenever we travel for work.

The location is incredible, just outside the station and the room is well-equipped with everything you need. Great location and really friendly staff who were happy to help! Really comfy bed and you can extend check out if you're running a little later with no problem.

We booked at the short of time since we don't have train going back to fukuoka, good thing the hotel gave us comfortable room with complete aminities we need, i can say this one of the best hotel we stayed. Thank you

perfect location! Two block walk to train station & pier, and 10 minute walk to immense shopping Ginza . Yet location is on a quiet side road.
